“The two gentlmen were polite, friendly and caried for my father respectfully . Bur I think they should have requested a covering to be put down over the carpet , as very dirty marks were left from the trolley wheels .”

“My husband and I had used Pure Cremation before and had no doubts about using them when the time came. We didn't wish to take out a pre-paid plan and when my husband passed away peacefully at home I called them within a couple of hours. They were very kind, explained everything clearly, and a local funeral director collected him from home a few hours later. I was informed when he had been moved to Andover and Pure Cremation kept me updated at every stage. His ashes were returned to me 17 days after his cremation and I feel far happier knowing that he is back home with me until my time comes and then our ashes will be scattered together by the family. A traditional funeral can be very difficult when you are already feeling so raw and vulnerable and Pure Cremation offered us the ideal solution. We celebrated his life without the stress of a funeral and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pure Cremation. On the day he was cremated I looked online at the crematorium in Andover and was very impressed with the location and the facilities and knew he was in safe hands. Thank you, Pure Cremation.”

“Excellent service throughout, i would highly recommend. Only thing they could do better is supply a better urn as it looks like a plastic cereal box so we had to buy one separately but everything else was great.”

“Excellent service, kind, compassionate, explained everything, offered compassion and comfort. Made a terrible time, easier. I can not thank everyone we spoke to highly enough, especially Linda, who I spoke to 1st, I’d just list my grandad and then 3 months later my dad, I was struggling to cope, her kind words, kept me going.”

“Everything was great and would get 5 stars. However they were supposed to tell me on the day my dad was to be cremated, which was not. Other than that no compliants.”

“From my first phone call a couple of hours after my husband died to last Thursday when his ashes were delivered home, I can only say this was the best, most dignified way for us as a small family and for my husband to end his lifes journey in the care of Pure Cremation.All the staff without exception were so sensitive and caring throughout and seem able to judge how to converse with different people in different ways. My husband was collected by two really special men in an immaculate vehicle, the dignity offered in such a small space was perfect as was their manner and explainations through the whole process of receiving my husband in to their care, I followed my husband with our dogs to the vehicle after which they took a step back once the vehicle doors were closed, to bow their heads in respect. No hurry, just calm in the time that was at my choosing, no question was too much, nothing was too much trouble. My husband left his home and garden he once loved as he always said he would, at the end of his days. I can not explain how the staff made even the paper work a pleasant necessity and everything that followed was as much or as little as I as an individual needed. This company is as perfect as you could want ...if simplisity, care and dignity beyond and above certainly my expectations, was the hope then Pure Cremation achieved this and more. Thank you all for looking after my husband for a while longer than we thought, because of a hold up until the death certificate was received, your reassurance of care being ongoing no matter what was much appreciated. A truly simple perfect way to end a lifes chapter...thank you Pure Cremation and all your amazing staff who were indeed well chosen for their role and how to treat people at a time of stress and sadness.”
