“Excellent service from start to finish. Our situation was particularly stressful as coroner and police involved. Michelle at Pure was amazing, so understanding and helpful. She just dealt with everything and kept me fully informed. The ashes were delivered back quickly. Everyone was so professional, I highly recommend Pure Cremation”

“PC were very professional. friendly and respectful and kept me informed from the beginning through to when my husband's ashes were returned by a lovely lady called Kat. She didn't make you feel rushed in any way and was quite happy to come in for a chat. Well done, Kat. Jill S”

“Communication was superb. Kindness superb. Stress free. Along with pure cremation we took out a small over 50's life insurance to cover expenses for scattering of ashes and wake. Noone had a large bill to pay. I have the same setup for myself.”

“I have never been in the position before of organising someone's funeral arrangements especially at a time of such grief but Julia and her colleagues at Pure Cremation were amazing They talked me through the whole process outlining all the options available and timetable ,making it so much more comforting My partner didn't want any formal arrangements so the simple no fuss Pure Cremation service was perfect and extremely good value for money The team kept me up to date on a regular basis throughout and were sympathetic and supportive at every step of the journey with Steve delivering his ashes to me with kindness and concern Many many thanks”
