“Pure cremation handled the collection and cremation of my husband and most recently my mother . everything is dealt with sensitively. And with kindness. I highly recommend this company and I’ve purchased a policy for myself for when my time comes, thank you all.”

“Amazing they helped and kept me updated on everything in my difficult time with losing my dad, very fast collection and lots of respect both in collecting and dropping my dad back off to me, the urn is beautiful. Would highly recommend ,im going to do the same for myself.”

“No regrets! My father left strict instructions that this is what he wanted and the process was SO kindly and smoothly organised by Michelle Lawson. At this grim time when you're talking to so many organisations the ones who get it absoultely right really stand out (and so do the ones who don't!!) and Michelle got it absolutely right. The perfect combination of efficiency and also human kindness - it shouldn't be rare but sadly it is. We are having a big celebration of his life in a few months time when people have time to prepare. Very pleased we did this and am changing my will to ask for the same!”

“After being asked to help and support a friend with their funeral arrangements, I was unsure what to do with this type of funeral when the time came. The support I received from the people at Pure Cremation was fantastic. They explained every detail of what would happen and discussed my friends wishes. They kept in touch with me throughout the process by telephone and by email. It seemed like such a scary process at first, arranging this for someone who was not a member of my own family, but Pure Cremation guided me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.”

“The service was excellent from start to finish. I was kept informed throughout of the different parts of the process, and the ashes were delivered to my home by a very kind man. I would have liked my husband to be moved from the hospital to Pure Cremation's facilities a little earlier (it was just over 2 weeks after his passing), but appreciate this depends on different factors.”

“Thank you on behalf of myself and family for the excellent care of my mother. Exceptional communication skills from the team. Lee was our “go to” person, he answered every question I had and ensured that I understood the process from start to finish. I was fully informed every step of the way. The team brought mum home on a bank holiday and again gave nothing but empathy.”

“I have already taken a policy with pure cremation as has my husband and sister. I had set up a policy for my mother, she paid in full and it was what she wanted. My mother passed away Jan 2026 and honestly I can't fault pure cremation enough (I live in a different country so only had 14days to sort mum's affairs)they talked me though everything, kept me informed of were mum was being taken, when and where she was being cremated and when it was over were her ashes had been put in the garden of remembering. The lady(kirsty) I was in touch with showed great respect to me AND mum . I'm so glad now that I have the same plan and so is my husband, my children will find things a little easier with one less thing to worry about.”

“My mother passed away last month and she had a Pure Cremation plan. From start to finish Pure were respectful and caring. They answered all my questions and updated me at every stage of the process. They delivered mums ashes in a beautiful ern by hand I cant fault them first class.”
