“We have now used Pure for both my Nan & Grandad! As we had such a positive experience with Grandad, we knew we would for Nan too. They helped us all of the way through and treated my Nan on this occasion with the absolute dignity and respect that we could have hoped for. The lovely kind lady who brought Nan home was so patient and answered and questions we had and had a lovely chat with us!”

“Remarkable people. Very reassuring, very kind and thoughtful .. The only thing we didn’t like was not having a time or a morning / afternoon/ evening of when cremation took place. It was just the date, which we struggled with the most. But apart from that we could not fault them .”

We also apprecaite you sharing your feedback about being provided with the time that the cremation took place. We're very proud of our commitment to providing every family with a confirmed date. However, as with any crematorium, it's not possible to predict the exact moment the cremation will begin. To avoid unnecessary worry or confusion, we’ve decided not to offer approximate times, as they can often change. “As I was away when my mum passed away, l was convinced everything would be taken care of in an efficient, respectful but kind & thoughtful manner. Even up to yesterday when the ashes were delivered, the family can celebrate my mum’s life.”

“From the initial notification of moms death everything went smoothly to receiving mom back, there staff we’re professional in every aspect from talking through procedures to getting mom back ,the lady that bought moms ashes to me was caring humble and comforting and good to have someone to discuss this situation I found myself in with knowledgeable answers with a kindly manor was caring perfect .”

“I have been favourably impressed by how well Pure Cremation has handled the death of my dearest husband of many years. From the first time l talked to a lovely lady after Colin's death, to when a kindly gentleman delivered my husband's ashes, all has been handled with compassion & sensitivity! Though it has been a very difficult time for myself, Pure Cremation has made this particular journey so straightforward, therefore I would like to say a big Thank you to all involved!”

“From the very first phone call with Rachel she was so kind, understanding, sympathetic and a dame good listener and was extremely good with me when l got so emotional, keeping me updated what was happening with my husband Richard to the extremely nice man that delivered Richard home to me in all Pure Cremation is fantastic”

“I was informed all the way through about picking my son up from hospital and the committal. Then a short while after a lovely lady came and gave me my sons ashes. All in all I am very pleased with the service I got from them.”

“At such a heartbreaking time, all staff I've spoken with at Pure Cremation have been very supportive. Even considering joint committals, for both of my loved ones, who sadly passed away within 3 days of each other. I was updated every step of the way, often by a telephone call from collecting them, confirming they'd arrived at the Pure Cremation location. I was gently guided through what would happen, and aware when I would personally take delivery of their remains. All staff I've dealt with gave me the time I needed, empathising and offering additional support. I'm spreading the word on how Pure Cremation has been such a supportive option on guiding my loved ones onto their final journey. Thank you, everyone for the exceptional job you do, supporting us left behind.”

“Absolutely superb service. After purchasing the plan a while ago, I only had to make one phone call to PureCremation to report my husbands death and everything was arranged for me. All staff were pleasant, thoughtful and empathetic, apart from the necessary details, they questioned how I was and if they could help in any way. My husband’s ashes were returned to me by a very nice chap - all taken care of efficiently. We had a Celebration of my husbands life where everyone ate, drank and were happy (as my husband wanted) raising donations for Alzheimer’s research. My husbands wishes granted in such a lovely way. Thank you.”

“Pure Cremation have provided me with great customer service after my mum passed. They are lovely to speak to and reassuring in times of emotional upheaval. From my first communication with them until the ashes were hand delivered, I have felt compassion and comfortable talking with everyone I spoke to there. Highly recommended.”

“My mum chose Pure Cremation a good few years ago, and I contacted them when she died on Easter Monday. All the way through the process I was updated with what was happening, and everyone I spoke to talked sensitively and carefully. From the day she died to being taken home it took exactly five weeks. It’s a very strange time, but I’m glad in a way that we didn’t have to plan a ‘proper’ funeral as I’m still finding it difficult to talk about her death out loud.”

“I would like to thank Pure Cremation for their extreme high level of professionalism, courtesy and overall handling of my late parent. I was kept informed periodically throughout the process and the staff member who visited me after (Brooke) was super lovely and compassionate.
