“Pure Cremation staff were properly sympathetic and empathetic whilst not patrionic. I did not have a pre-plan in place, but that was not an issue. I had good advice with some required procedures when taking Ashes on aircraft as well as general information. Thank you Pure Cremation.”

“I cannot thank the staff enough for their service and support. From the first phone call to advise them of my mums passing the young lady I dealt with was so lovely and informative. The company sent two wonderful gentlemen to collect my mum, they travelled all the way from Andover Hampshire to Plymouth straight away ( taking into account it was 11.15 pm) arriving two hours after my call. They treated my mum with the utmost respect and I was left feeling she was in good hands. I was contacted the following day to let me know they would call again when they had the date for her cremation which they did and then I was called to give me a date as to when they would return my mums ashes. The gentleman that brought mum home was a lovely gentle man and he explained that there was a certificate there to present to a cemetery if I was to scatter her ashes there. I cannot praise this company enough, I have my cremation in place with them so I now know it will be an easy process for my family when I go. My heartfelt thanks to all at Pure Cremation. “We chose Pure Cremation for my sister who had dementia. The whole process was very efficient and the staff were all very caring. We were amazed at how smoothly everything just flowed once she had passed away. I would certainly recommend this as a stressless event.”

“I was a little sceptical at first when my late mum chose a Pure Cremation. Her wish was for her passing & cremation to be handled professionally & to take any worry or stress involved away from the family. I can honestly say that from the very first call to Pure, they were absolutely exceptional. I was given a single point of contact & talked through every single step & given information that I was unsure about. Pure contacted me each step & delivered on everything. Extremely professional, compassionate & understanding. They really did alleviate any worries, dealt with absolutely everything needed with documents & communications with the coroners, doctors & medical examiners, everything was taken care of for us so we were free to grieve & have memories of the good times, knowing mum was in good hands & being cared for in the most delicate way. This arrangement may not be for everyone with no service, but mum's ashes were personally delivered & now we are able to scatter them in her favourite place, along with her beloved pets as she wished & say our own personal goodbyes privately & in our own time. Everything is done with care, kindness & sensitivity, taking such a burden from people at a very sad, emotional time & it made things so much easier. I would very much like to thank Pure Cremation for everything they did, over & above & totally professional yet personal too.”

“My partner chose Pure Cremation for himself and I didn't have any say in it but that's fair enough - his choice. No fuss, and more money towards family for a celebration of his life. His ashes were delivered by a courier who was very professional and sympathetic, she made it more bearable. It felt odd to have him in a container but am glad he is now home! Thank you Pure Cremation!.”

“What a great service! My aunt passed away in County Durham and the rest of the family live in Lancashire so I called Dawn at Pure Cremations and I couldn't be happier with the service. I was kept informed from the minute I booked the cremation until the day that Pat brought her ashes to my house. Dawn and Pat were so kind and understanding from start to finish. We can now scatter my aunts ashes with my grandparents and celebrate her life. Can't thank them or recommend them enough.”
