“I prepaid a funeral plan with Pure Cremation. Sadly my husband recently passed away in hospital. Pure Cremation took care of everything. I can highly recommend the Company.”

“This is the second time I have experienced your services. Just a little feedback on the collection of the past loved one, the rustle and sound of the plastic bag can be very upsetting, close the door to the room or is there an alternative. Please be gentle when strapping the loved one to the trolley. I understand they have to be secure but carry this out in a gentle way. It may be an everyday occurrence but to us it is a very upsetting time. Also, it is the questions asked when reporting the loss of a loved one it is rather lengthy. Would it be possible to gain some of the information prior to the loss?”

“Pure cremation were excellent from start to finish. Took a lot of pressure of me and my brother as was in hospital over Christmas and dad passed away new years day i don't think i could have got through this sad time without pure cremation .thank you ❤️”

“My late Dad wanted a direct cremation and we were not sure. However we were so happy he sorted it all out before he passed. It was actually a blessing to not arrange a formal funeral in the midst of grief and admin. Instead we will be celebrating his life in a local restaurant and spreading his ashes in his happy place(s). Pure Cremation has been nothing but respectful, considerate and professional. I would highly recommend.”

“Pure Cremations have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the initial phone call to inform them of my mum’s passing, they showed nothing but kindness, compassion, and understanding. Everything was handled with dignity and care, and they kept me informed throughout. Returning my mum’s ashes was done so respectfully, which meant a great deal to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a caring and professional service at such a difficult time.”

“Pure Cremation were outstanding from start to finish. Their staff were extremely symphathetic, respectful and courteous from when Mum passed until her ashes were returned to us. “On the day I rang Wendy Senior was very compassionate and professional and made me feel relaxed that mum was in good hands. The only thing I was upset with was I did ask when I I was told you had mum on the Wednesday and that I could have a bit of notice as to when mum’s committal was but 2 days later I had a call from a lady not Wendy to let me know mums committal was on the following Wednesdaywhich was not very good as a family because there was no funeral we wanted to take dad out so no one was sat at home staring on the process, I couldn’t even get a time it would be. The lady was not cover compassionate at all and I found her attitude very upsetting. My husband also said the lady it was not right the way she spoke to him when she rang our home phone before she rang my mobile Going forward the grieving families do need more notice. Please give that lady a bit more training but Wendy Senior did a great job please pass my thanks to her”

“Your service went over and above what I imagined. Such sensitive communication each step of my husband's journey. It was comforting and took away any worries I had. My husband's ashes were hand delivered as promised by a lovely lady who I connected with straight away. She was friendly, understanding and re-assuring. I can't thank you enough for the care.”
