“From the moment I made the initial call, to being handed the ashes, I felt safe, heard and that my Ban was in good hands. Every single person I dealt with was compassionate, professional and kind. I didn’t need to ask a question, everything is covered I think Pure Cremation are, quite possibly, the best company I’ve had to deal with”

“Thank you so much for taking good care of my mum . My mum didn’t want a big funeral and have people coming that hadn’t bothered with her for years this way we are going to have a family get together of just the ones that cared for my mum. We found pure cremation stress free .”

“Brilliant service, from start to finish was phoned to ask our preferences and what was gonna happen on what days everything done professionally, the ashes were hand delivered back in a dignified way and all round was brilliant, cannot fault anything”

“From the very first dreaded phone call to the final hand delivery of my dads ashes, Pure Cremation were wonderful. Every single member of staff was kind, helpful and understanding...they really are all a complete credit to the company. The help and the service given was absolutely 5 star and my family cannot thank them enough for making a painful time much less stressful and for their kindness and efficiency at all times.”

“I cannot praise this company enough from the very first contact to the very last they are so professional so compassionate so respectful and so very kind they have all the time in the world to talk to you and keep you updated constantly, I was more than happy to let them look after my husband on his final journey. “Although I didn't agree with my mother's decision to use this service, I can honestly say Kristy who dealt with everything was very kind and understanding. We were told of the day of commital so were able to do our own family gathering. Mum was returned within a week, again the lady who brought mum home was lovely. The urn that contained her ashes was beautiful and the ceramic disc keepsake is a lovely little touch for us to treasure. A very grateful son.”

“Took care of my mum when she passed kept me informed of what was going on hand delivered her ashes back to me in just over 2 weeks so I could place them with my dad and brother as per her wishes now I feel she's at peace”

“Excellent, comassionate service. The only reason I've deducted a star is because of the return service. We were given a return date in plenty of time, however, on the day we were only given 90mins notice. People lead busy lives these days and needd time to make suitable arrangements. To their credit, the delivery person said they could wait if necessary.”
