“My father passed just before Christmas, he arrived home last Thursday 22nd January in his beautiful casket, hand delivered by the very compassionate Steve who stayed a while and explained everything in a very professional and compassionate manner. From start to finish, the staff at Pure Cremation have been nothing but helpful, kind and supportive during this very difficult time. Mother says she’s very much looking forward to being next!! Seriously though. Thanks again for everything. The Hopkin family”

“It was my mother in laws choice, as far as I’m concerned driven by day time TV advertising and her wish to take the cost and worry away from us. Having watched one of the ads, it’s not a reality in experience.”

“What an excellent service from this company! The communication was great, from making the initial contact to returning our ashes. Staff explained the process and timescale clearly, and kept us informed throughout with a personal contact name and phone number, or email. A professional service, well deserving of 5 stars. “This is the second time I have experienced your services. Just a little feedback on the collection of the past loved one, the rustle and sound of the plastic bag can be very upsetting, close the door to the room or is there an alternative. Please be gentle when strapping the loved one to the trolley. I understand they have to be secure but carry this out in a gentle way. It may be an everyday occurrence but to us it is a very upsetting time. Also, it is the questions asked when reporting the loss of a loved one it is rather lengthy. Would it be possible to gain some of the information prior to the loss?”

“Pure cremation were excellent from start to finish. Took a lot of pressure of me and my brother as was in hospital over Christmas and dad passed away new years day i don't think i could have got through this sad time without pure cremation .thank you ❤️”
