“The care and respect I received from Pure Cremation was exemplary, from my first phone call to the delivery of Michael’s ashes . John was empathetic and took care of everything . Not once was Michael referred to as ‘The body’ He was my husband and all your staff called him Michael. This was comforting and good to know that you all cared so much and he was special . Mark who delivered the ashes was lovely , so professional yet friendly and like a family member . I cannot thankyou enough for making such a sad situation easier to bear . This was all due to the care and kindness I was shown throughout the process Thankyou again. I have no hesitation in recommending Pure Cremation Kind Regards Jackie Martin”

“I recently lost my darling Mom who had wanted a no fuse funeral, so had purchased a policy with Pure Cremation. I found the staff from Pure Cremation to be very caring, dignified & professional, from collecting my Mom to returning her ashes to me at home.”

“I have had a very warm and compassionate experience with Pure cremation from start to finish, they have kept me in touch every part of the process with showing empathy and understanding every part and f the way, a special thank you too you all but especially the guys who picked my husband up they were so considerate and gave me time to say goodbye nothing was a rush, would totally recommend Pure to anyone”

“I honestly cannot thank Pure Cremation enough for the incredible care, kindness and compassion they showed to my late mum and to our family during such an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time. From everyone I met and spoke to, every single person was absolutely beautiful. They were caring, gentle, respectful and understanding throughout, and their compassion made such a difficult experience a little easier to bear. Knowing that my mum was being looked after with such dignity and care brought us great comfort. The kindness shown to us will stay with me, and I will always be incredibly grateful for everything they did.
