“The team at pure cremation are a fantastic group of people that help and guide you through one of the worst times in your life. Both my parents chose pure as there both like the idea and I thank them for it. Pure have made it easier to cope with the loss of both of them.”

“My dad had bought a Pure plan years ago and died recently. Everything was explained thoroughly and my assigned member of staff, Lisa, was very helpful along the way always keeping me up to date. The ashes were delivered by hand, very respectfully done and again, full explanation of how to open the container for scattering. Excellent service all round.”

“I chose Pure Cremation because of all the excellent reviews on trust pilot, when my husband passed away a month ago everything was arranged with one simple phone call, the lady I first talked to was called Dawn and she put my mind at rest immediately, I didn't have to do a thing, she rung me every few days to make sure I was ok and kept me updated on everything, she was so respectful and when she gave me the date of my husbands cremation she then told me someone would be ringing me to arrange a date for the ashes to be delivered and that was done by a lovely lady called Liz, she came in and she again was so respectful, she didn't rush and gave me time to take everything in, I cannot recommend them enough, all I can say is thank you”

“My experience with Pure Cremation was absolutely wonderful thank you so much from the beginning when chose Pure Cremation to receiving the Ashes at home delivered by a lovely professional compassionate lady. I was helped all the way along the journey from collecting her from her Nursing Home to obtaining the Death Certificate, to her Cremation and then her being delivered back home all by wonderful compassionate people. Thank you so much again.”

“The representatives at peer cremations dealt with the cremation of my father with sensitivity and concise organisation. They provided information at every point of their service and made me feel very comfortable in the thought of leaving my father with them. The ashes of my father have recently been returned to me. Now we will have a gathering with his friends and family. I would thoroughly recommend pure cremations.”

“During a very difficult time the Customer Service team kept in contact and walked me through the whole process. I was provided a date for the cremation and once completed given details of the return of my mom’s ashes. The delivery was very personal, by a member of the Pure Cremation staff. The casket was lovely and the lady who bought the ashes spent time having a chat and making sure I was okay. This type of funeral is not for everyone but it was what my mom wanted and Pure Cremation made the process seamless.”

“The Customer Service after mum passed was great but the form completed re heath conditions (heart loop recorder) not read properly. and the actual cremation delayed. Having said that, I would defnitely use their services again.”
