Absolutely fantastic service under the circumstances, the two gentlemen that attended were very helpful and sympathetic and as a whole PureCremation were very respectful with everything going on. Obviously nobody plans or expects for the worst to happen but PureCremation helped ease any overwhelming stresses with regarding "what happens next".

Mum was cremated in March 2025. The service and communication you gave to me at such a sad time was wonderful. From the moment I first spoke to you, to the very time you collected Mum, you updated us every step of the way. Your communication with us made things so much easier to deal with. When you returned Mums ashes back to our home in person, your thoughfulness went above and beyond.. from the bottom of my heart...thank you x

My Mother chose to set up a pre-paid Pure Cremation plan about two years ago when she had to move into a nursing home due to a sudden decline in her health. Sadly the plan had to be used in April, but from the very first phone call right through to Mum being bought back to me, the care and professionalism shown by everyone involved was just outstanding. I was kept informed every step of the way, and the experience managed to somehow feel personal which was nice for me. I honestly could not fault anything at all, and have been recommending you to everyone!

Very simple process when you are at your most vulnerable. Didn't always need the reassurance calls but I 'm sure other customers appreciate this. Thank you

After we decided to use Pure Cremation and really a bit unsure if it was the right thing to do. We then found out how popular it was in the familky and others who already had their Pure Cremation Plans. It took all the stress and worry and a funeral not that everyone agreed with our choice.

Pure professionilism from start to finish .The team who collected her from us were so respectful and helpful , the office team were amazing no rush just allowed is to do in our own time, full correspondance with us throughout the process and took away sny stress you would of had with a normal buriel Let is know the commital day so we could remember privately as a family and then delivered her back to us in the most beautiful floral casket . I cannot reccomend them highly enough def the company i would chose instead of a normal buriel .Now we can scatter her ashes as her wish in her favourite spot and we can cekebrate her wonderful 91 years . Thankyou to all the team at pure Cremation

Good especially the lady who I spoke to at the beginning. She kept me fully informed of what was going on and helped me to answer some questions about closure. I would like to have been told that the cremation have taken place and roughly when it was done through an email at the end of the day. Had no tracking of ashes but phonecall with a 2 hour window.

However, as with any crematorium, it's not possible to predict the exact moment the committal will begin. To avoid causing unnecessary worry or confusion, we’ve made the decision not to offer approximate times, as these can often change. However, we genuinely appreciate your feedback and will take it on board as we continue to review and improve our service. We're also very sorry to learn that you didn’t receive the email allowing you to track the return of your loved one’s ashes. Once everything was in the system, the process was smooth and relatively straightforward. Staff were helpful and things progressed without issue from that point on. However, I do feel that more care needs to be taken at the very beginning—especially during those first phone calls with families. Some of the questions asked felt unnecessarily intrusive or insensitive in the moment, such as the deceased’s weight, height, or past occupation, which didn’t seem immediately relevant or appropriate at such a difficult time. This initial interaction would my entire family recommending pure cremations - especially given one funeral home wouldnt take the body because of pure cremations. It would also be really helpful if policyholders were made more aware of what actually happens when someone passes—particularly at night. For example, if someone dies overnight, collection may not happen until the following day. And if the death occurs in a hospice and a coroner needs to be involved, you may find there’s no on-site mortuary, which means families must arrange temporary cover through a funeral home themselves. These are important details that can help avoid confusion and distress at an already overwhelming time. In summary: a good service once underway, but the initial contact experience and clarity around real-world scenarios could be improved.
