“Pure Cremation will be appropriate to your needs if you have plans beyond the typical Church Service such as having a legacy tree planting in woods or scattering ashes or simply aren't traditionally religious. Pure Cremation have rigorous processes to ensure your loved one's ashes are returned to you and people's tone of voice was always respectful but I felt upset by needing to repeat details in every phone call as it made me feel we were being processed, as if organising a gas boiler service but would it upset you to the point that you'd want to pay twice as much to have a traditional funeral director answer the phone, that would be your choice. If your family member 'didn't want a fuss' and weren't seeking a traditional religious ceremony then focus on their wishes. We have no doubt that our loved one was treated with respect by people at Pure Cremation.”

“Pure Cremations were excellent. The consultants were kind and compassionate. The paperwork was easy to complete. The ashes were returned in a thoughtful and timely manner . Thank you for making a devastating experience less painful.”

“I had reservations about this service but it was what my Dad wanted us to use. It did feel a bit impersonal at times in the two weeks before the service, and I wasn't able to dress my Dad in the clothes I wanted too, but we attended the crematorium in Andover and the setting was lovely. It was clear that my Dad had been treated with dignity and care and the coffin that he was in was far nicer than I was expecting. If we had wanted to, we could have held an informal service for my Dad but in the end, us three siblings sat, listened to songs and shared memories during the 20 minutes we had with him. It's not a traditonal service, but I can see why this is becoming very popular.”

“From the first contact to the final delivery of my mums ashes, the people at Pure Cremation couldn’t have been more caring, compassionate or knowledgeable. They kept me informed every step of the way, as was my request and never was a question ignored or not responded to almost immediately. I would highly recommend the team at Pure Cremation.”

“It was very easy to buy a package and the explained everything on what ur package included. They kept you up to date on what was happening by pick up of body arrival of body at destination and when service would be done. They contacted you to arrange date of ashes delivered I went with pure cremation for my uncle and I am now looking at buying package for myself. Fantastic service all round.”

“Having attended several close family members funeral we wanted something different this time. Pure cremations have been excellent from the moment needed. They have been respectful and thoughtful through out the whole process. Small touches such as laying a personal item on our loved ones bed when collected. Keeping us updated the whole way to the point the ashes were delivered home. This has allowed us to celebrate in the way we wanted to. I can not recommend enough.”

“From start to finish the experience has been amazing. My beautiful Mum passed away suddenly but one call to Pure Cremation and everything was organised, we were consulted on every step of her journey and had an amazing account Manager (Julie) who was there to answer any questions we have.”
