“What a super careing team the chaos that collected our brother asked if we wanted to take extra photos of the pictures we wanted to go with him nothing was rushed they asked if we wanted anymore time just a careing that was 100% supportive. The lady on the phone checked on how the family was doing totally amazing care from start to him being returned to his family”

“I was expecting this service to feel much more personal than it actually did, I had one really nice lady called Wendy who was lovely through out but if I made any calls I asked to just speak with Wendy I was met with some huffs and puffs that I didn’t want to keep going over and over things with different people the other calls felt very call centre vibe rather than someone who was worried how you might be feeling. Also the container loved ones are sent back in are horrible looks like a cereal container that’s been wrapped and just stamped with a number, these people are human beings not just numbers on a dog tag. Just not very personal at all and a very upsetting time for all.”

“Pure Cremation has been amazing from start to finish. I was entrusted by my father in law to deal with the passing off his wife. The first phone call I got speaking to John who was very reassuring and empathetic. Collection was within 5 hours which was amazing. My Mother in law was treated with respect and dignity by the couple collecting her. Was kept in the picture every step off the way. Ashes were returned by a lovely man who again was empathetic and polite. We will definitely be using them again when the time arises. We cant thank you enough for all your professionalism. “Pure cremation provided us with the most caring and respectful service. We will be forever grateful for the kindness and professional service you have given us. Beth was so kind and very caring and understanding. She really did get everything organised for us so we had no problems or worries. Mark delivered our ashes and he also was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend pure cremation.”

“My mother chose Pure Cremation because she did not want the hassle of a traditional funeral and wake. I was initially a little unsure about the idea, but it was her wish, so I supported her decision and helped her arrange everything. She chose a plan that required payments of £15 per month until a certain age. Sadly, she passed away just 30 months later. When I contacted Pure Cremation, I was met with kindness, compassion, and outstanding support. Alison (Ali) called me several times to provide information and updates, and her care during such a difficult time meant a great deal to me. My mother had selected a plan that stated if she passed away after making 24 consecutive payments, Pure Cremation would cover the remaining balance. This came as a huge surprise and an enormous relief at such a challenging time. The arrangements were handled with the utmost professionalism. Two lovely members of the team came to collect my mother and treated her with incredible care, dignity, and respect. They were patient, supportive, and gave our family all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. After they left, I received a call confirming that my mother had arrived safely at their Cheshire facility and was in their care. I was later informed of the date of her cremation and told that she would be taken to Andover, which is not far from where I live. The day after the cremation, Hazel called to let me know when my mother's ashes would be returned. On the day itself, Brooke contacted me with an estimated arrival time. She arrived exactly when promised and personally returned my mother's ashes with the utmost dignity and care. Brooke stayed for a while to check that I was alright before leaving me with helpful leaflets and information. The team also provided an excellent brochure explaining the next steps and offering guidance on everything I might need to do following my mother's passing. This information was incredibly useful during a time when it can be difficult to know where to begin. Overall, my experience with Pure Cremation has been exceptional, even during one of the saddest times of my life. The level of support, compassion, and professionalism I received was far beyond anything I expected. I would like to sincerely thank every member of the team who helped make such a difficult occasion as stress-free as possible. Your kindness and care will never be forgotten.”

“All really good and caring. The 2 men that came to collect my daughter were really respectful and very caring and even made her bed and put her picture and flowers on her pillow. They didn’t rush us at all. Really professional and were even going to play her favourite song on the way back. Thank you”

“A family member chose this option. It was new to me and I was the nominated person to follow their wishes. I made one phone call gave over information that was easy to pull from my mind at such a sad time. After that they guided me through everything. They we quick to respond to questions and worries gave constant reassurance. They were kind and compassionate. Thanks you”

“Pure Cremation recently handled my dad’s cremation, which he had planned in advance, and I cannot praise them highly enough. They managed everything with great efficiency, kindness, and empathy during an extremely difficult time. I was kept informed every step of the way, which provided a great deal of reassurance and took away much of the stress and pressure that families often face when dealing with a bereavement. I would especially like to thank the lady from the Scottish team, whom I believe was called Kirsty. She was incredibly kind and understanding. I was so upset during our first conversation that I struggled to take everything in, and when I called the following day to go over the details again, she patiently explained everything once more with genuine compassion and care. I would highly recommend Pure Cremation to anyone considering this service. The simplicity of the process and the support provided made a very difficult time much more manageable. Thank you to everyone involved for your professionalism and kindness.”
