“Wonderful, took all the stress from my wife and I when Mary's brother passed away. From our first phone call to pure cremation and spoke to a lovely and helpful lady called Gail, she sorted it all out for us and informed us on each step, it has been a pleasure dealing with pure cremation after what was a very traumatic time for us all.”

“They made my mums cremation easy, with care and dignity, I was always fully informed every step of the way, the staff were caring and very informative, my mums ashes were returned with respect, and a chat , the staff from start to finish were brilliant. I will be using them for ourselves when the time comes. Thank you so much for caring in my time of grief”

“I chose Pure Cremation after researchuing severl companies who provided similar services. After initial contact I was certain I had made the right choice for my mum (preplanning as she was in end-stage vascular dementia). Mum passed 02/06/25 so contacted PC to take arrangements forward. The service was second-to-none. Everyone I had contact with was compassionate and caring without being patronising. I was notified of mums commital date and then contacted a few days later re delivery of her ashes. The lady that delivered mum to me (Helen) came in to my home, we chatted, she was interested in mum and commented that she felt it a real privilege to return loved ones to their families. I cannot fault PC and would highly recommend to anyone who is considering this type of 'final departure'.”

“There staff were always polite, and explained what was going to happen and when. And if I call them with a question they went out of there way to give me an answer. Sadly I have had 2 relatives pass this year and I have used pure cremation both times.”

“The Pure Cremations team were very kind, gentle and helpful throughout. I was kept informed along the way and any questions I had, they explained well. A special note on Jason who retuned my husbands ashes to our home. He was so very kind and empathetic, I was very emotional receiving Mark’s ashes, and Jason gave me time to cry and took his time to explain everything. Thank you Colleen”

“This is the second time I have used Pure Cremation. They made a very difficult time, really simple. The staff were so polite, and helpful. Even the lady that returned my sister's ashes, had time to sit and talk to me about my sister. I would have no hesistation in recommending Pure Cremation - they took a lot of stress off my shoulders, at a time when I needed it. Thank You”

“Very easy package to purchase and pay for over the phone. When the time came every step through to delivery of ashes was done with kindness, dignity and compassion and it took less than a month for ashes to come home. Will probably arrange my own funeral with Pure.”
