“The person I dealt with (Pamela) was completely charming and very kind, as was the gentleman who delivered my friend’s ashes. It was easy to arrange and worked perfectly. I could not have wished for better service - efficient and courteous. Thank you”

“The service that Pure Cremation provided was excellent. The plan was explained to me thoroughly when I purchased it, clearly explaining what was and was not included. When my Father passed away it was as if they held my hand throughout the process from the first call every person that I spoke with were kind and compasionate. Dad's ashes were brought home personally by a lovely young lady (Kirsty I think). I would certainly recommend Pure Cremation, they make what is a very difficult time much easier for you. Thank you to each and everyone of you.”

“At a difficult time for me Pure Cremation did everything they promised, from the first contact when my husband died to the return of his ashes. My husband did not want to have a big funeral and he got exactly what he wished for.”

“The pure cremations team were extremely helpful and respectful from the moment I called about my dad's passing, when they collected him from home and the day they returned his ashes. The call team helped when we had any queries and also when we decided we wanted a song played at his cremation at the last minute. We were also very aware from when the pure cremation policy was taken out that there would be no funeral, they also made sure we were aware of this before they collected my dad on the day he passed.”

“Thank you for the way you handled the passing of my mom. When she mentioned she wanted to use Pure Cremation and not have an attended cremation for my mom it made sense. Having a celebration of life event was how she wanted to be remembered. The whole process from start to finish with your team was a great experience, they was so caring and helpful, explained everything. On the day of moms return of her ashes there was no stress and very dignified and gracefully handled.”

“From the moment of my beloved Mum's passing at her lovely care home, Pure Cremation were so very supportive, showing great sympathy and professionalism, whilst ensuring that Mum's wishes were carried out . From then on I was kept informed of Mum's journey and what would be happening. I was also informed of the date Mum was to be cremated and later in the year all the family will be getting together to celebrate her life. Mum's ashes were then delivered to me and the representative bringing Mum's ashes was absolutely lovely, very caring and friendly and respectful. This is not the first time that we have been involved with Pure Cremation, back in January, my Mum-in-law sadly passed away and like my Mum, had previously arranged for Pure Cremation to handle her cremation and again we had a first class service, with kindnest, respect and professionalism and again the representative delivering my Mum-in-law's ashes back to the family was very caring, friendly and respectful. Both sets of family were very impressed with this service and I know that my husband and I will be using Pure Cremation for ourselves. So Thank You Pure Cremation for the wonderful service for both my Mum-in-Law and my Mum.”

“Excellent service, I wanted to make sure my children did not have the worry on top of losing me and now they dont! Has i have sorted it and my wishes are in place for when the time comes. Everything was explained in as much detail as I wanted, overall perfect would highly recommend.”
