“Excellent service. Made it very easy to sort out what i wanted.Were always at the end of phone if I needed to ask any questions. All who i spoke were very caring and took the time to help me there was no rush.”

“A difficult time was given reassurance by Pure Cremation. From the outset everything was handled well and sympathetically. Communication was effective at every stage of the process. All was handled with speedy efficiency and absolute professionalism. I cannot praise this experience enough; all potential difficulties, problems and anxiety was averted. Impeccable service . “Very disappointed with service We wanted a hassle free cremation for my father. We were given a date that could not be adhered to by Pure Cremation which was extremely upsetting as we had arranged a small family occasion with a lunch. There followed almost a week of upset and numerous calls until the date was finally confirmed. Apparently it was a mistake. A member of their staff had set a date before everything was in order. This should not happen in such a sensitive situation. sadly, it could’ve been a good service but for us it created more upset than necessary. Whilst the staff we spoke to were polite and trying to help, I had to chase on occasions to try and clarify what was happening. Afterwards we were not contacted with any specific apology or any form of compensation for the upset. It was just real unnecessary distress at a really difficult time.”

“I recently used Pure Cremation to cremate my mum. Initially, during my first couple of conversations, I was a little worried as the guy I spoke to was obviously new and still finding his feet. During my second conversation, I realised he'd got several of my details wrong. These were quickly corrected, and we carried on with the procedure. There was a lot of contact by email and over the phone to let me know about each stage of the cremation process, which I appreciated. My mum's ashes were returned to me on the day they said they'd be returned, by a former funeral director in an unbranded car, with dignity and respect. All in all, I was happy with the experience and would highly recommend Pure Cremation. My partner and I have now decided to use Pure Cremation when we pop our clogs to save our son the hassle and expense of a traditional funeral.”

“What a fantastic company. Put you at ease straight from the very first phone call, staff are fantastic to talk to so comforting and easy. Would definitely be using them in the future. Delivery driver was so informative and he passed mums ashes over with pride as if mum was a member of his own family. Once again fantastic service from this company.”

“Very thoughtful and considerate and kept in touch. The hand delivery for my mums ashes was very personal and they also phoned to confirm date and time It was everything my mum asked for as she did not want a funeral as such but Pure Cremation still kept it all very sympathetic, caring and personal Thank you”

“I can not fault Pure cremation in anyway. From the moment that we contacted them,the constant contact that they had with us during the process, right up to receiving our beloveds ashes, the communication,service and the way that their great teams conduct themselves made a very emotional time so much easier to deal with.
