“From start to finish you get a personal and caring touch. I would highly recommend this company to all. I have a friend who’s Dad used a similar company that delivered her dad’s ashes back by Amazon 🙈. This company have their own people that give a personal service of bringing your loved ones back to you ❤️”

“As a family , we can’t praise pure cremation enough. We are so impressed with the care you showed to us and our mum. Keeping us updated every step of the way , from collecting our mum to hand delivering her ashes was just so professional .our mother was on a care home and they also commented on how you treated her and other residents there with such dignity . “I admit I did look into taking a policy out with them, but I detest all the sales calls I get off them, I appreciate it’s a business but find it sick repeatedly calling.”

“The service that Pure Cremation provided was excellent. The plan was explained to me thoroughly when I purchased it, clearly explaining what was and was not included. When my Father passed away it was as if they held my hand throughout the process from the first call every person that I spoke with were kind and compasionate. Dad's ashes were brought home personally by a lovely young lady (Kirsty I think). I would certainly recommend Pure Cremation, they make what is a very difficult time much easier for you. Thank you to each and everyone of you.”

“At a difficult time for me Pure Cremation did everything they promised, from the first contact when my husband died to the return of his ashes. My husband did not want to have a big funeral and he got exactly what he wished for.”

“The pure cremations team were extremely helpful and respectful from the moment I called about my dad's passing, when they collected him from home and the day they returned his ashes. The call team helped when we had any queries and also when we decided we wanted a song played at his cremation at the last minute. We were also very aware from when the pure cremation policy was taken out that there would be no funeral, they also made sure we were aware of this before they collected my dad on the day he passed.”
