“At a difficult time ,all the people I dealt with over the phone or by email your very helpful and understanding. They kept us well informed at every stage of the process and the lady ( sorry I've forgot her name) who returned my father's ashes was excellent. Thank you”

“We chose Pure Cremation following my father’s wishes, as he had arranged everything in advance. When the time came, the entire process was handled with care, professionalism, and respect. From the moment he passed, everything was simple and completely stress-free for our family. We were kept fully informed at every stage, including the collection of his body, the cremation itself, and the safe return of his ashes. Communication was clear and reassuring throughout, which made a very difficult time much easier to manage. We are truly grateful for how smoothly everything was handled and for the dignity shown to my father. I would highly recommend Pure Cremation to anyone considering this service.”

“I found Pure Cremation incredibly helpful during a devastating time for our family. We lost Dad just 11 days after Mum. Mum had already been cremated, and her ashes were due to be returned on March 24th. When Pure Cremation contacted me to let me know they had my Dad, I explained the situation and asked if it would be possible for them to be brought back together. Pure Cremation kindly arranged this, and I am truly grateful for their compassion and excellent communication throughout. Thank you so much for everything you have done for my family.”

“Exactly what we needed. Great communication, they handled all the details and kept us informed. A very personal service including hand delivered ashes. A good value service. Got the logistics out the way so we could focus on arranging a celebration of mum’s life in our own time at our chosen location.”

“My brother signed upto Pure Cremation without my knowledge only telling me after all signed up As I was his next of kin I wasnt happy about it but read through the paperwork sent to me at the time When my brother passed away and I contacted Pure Cremation I was very surprised From my first phone call they took over at every stage From advising my brother had been collected to the day and location of the Cremation with calls into just to reassure me Finally my brothers ashes were returned by a very nice lady The ashes being in a nice boxe and very descreet”

“An expected death so never an easy phone call but when I did make it the out the whole process was just so simple and the whole process was taken care of. We do not have to do this very often but it was very carefully handled from start to finish.”
