“The staff at Pure Cremation are amazing right down to the driver who delivered my mother's ashes. I was always treated with kindness and understanding. They never rushed me when I got upset and always kept me updated on everything that was happening. Very easy application process. I can't thank the staff enough for helping me through a very difficult time.”

“Laura Earl was my contact and handled the process of the family losing our Mum with dignity, respect, compassion and was a true professional, a real credit to Pure Cremation so thank you Laura. Laura explained everything to me, how the process would work, what I would need to do and kept me informed all along the way. I was given a date of when my mother was going to be cremated and as arranged through Laura my mother's ashes were returned to my sister in Wales on the day I was told. The whole process was seamless from start to finish.”

“Making the first phone call to say my mother had passed was hard enough, without constantly getting disconnected around 3 or 4 times and them having to call back, having to repeat with everything that was already organised and in writing multiple times. No compassion at all. I was advised of all the movements after registering death. Only good point. I think one of the worst experiences was when they brought my mams ashes back, carrying them on her arm in a bag, again no compassion and she even said, sorry for being late I popped in my family members that live local. Disgusting from start to finish. Would never recommend these to anyone.”

“i was really pleased with the service that pure cremation gave me regarding the death of my parner gerald from beginning to end i was kept informed what was happening i especially commend lisa who was so kind to me through out and told me i could ring her up if i wanted to chat lovely person cant thank her enough when you read about pure cremation it makes you think about the way they are so cheap in these days when cremations cost a fortune the price was excellent the ashes were returned to me and they even told me the date and time i sincerely commend this organisation as one of the best”

“The friendly team helped me through every stage, from my first contact to having the ashes delivered in person to my home. I would recommend PureCremation they smoothed the way at a very difficult time and gave me the space to plan the memorial that we want at a time we want.”

“Pure cremation are absolutely brilliant after just one phone call everything was taken care of without any hassle and everything is done exactly how you wish it to be . Being a truly sad time a lot of the worry is all taken care of in a very efficient manner.”

“Very professional service all the way through from the purchase of the policy to the unfortunate use of it. I would highly recommend this service to anyone at every stage of the process they could not have been more respectful. The longest wait was for them to come and collect my husband as they had to travel a good distance however when they arrived they were so caring and managed the obstacles we had in the home We had constant communication and once they had received the death certificate they were quick to give us a date and then they said it would be upto 3 weeks before he came home however we had a call to say he would be home much sooner again great service a 4 hrs window and tracking to know where they were very professional when he was brought home 100% would recommend based on the service we had and I hope I'm looked after just the same Many thanks to everyone who was a part of the journey we have just taken”

“The process with Pure Cremation is so smooth and straightforward, which is obviously needed at the time of grief I have friends who have thought about Pure Cremation and spoke to them about the wonderful service I got from yourselves. I’m actually going to book my own Pure Cremation so my children don’t have to think or worry about it.”
