“My brother and sister in law decided on Pure Cremation and it was an easy transaction to organise by telephone ( they don't use smart phones or computers). Very sadly my sister in law died a few weeks after it was set up. The whole procedure was carried out with the utmost respect and dignity. We were kept informed and everyone I spoke to on the telephone was helpful and kind. I feel that for relatives this is an excellent way to approach the end of life for a dearly loved person, allowing a celebration of life to take place in any form they choose.”

“This is a great idea as it stops all the heart ache with a funeral. You can do what the wishes are said by the deceased. Some people are not very religious so this is great. They where very polite and sympathetic towards us in greaveing state, very nice people and have a really soothing voice on the phone. I am very pleased with this service and the way it was handled!!”

“Fantastic service, from first phone calls to my dads ashes been delivered to my door ,loosing a loved one is hard enough, so no hassle or making arrangements, nothing, one phone call and pure cremation do the rest ,I have a plan with pure cremation and it calms me knowing when its my time my boys will be ok as pure cremation are Fantastic, highly recommend.”

“Dear Team at Pure Cremation, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the support your team provided following the passing of my father. During such a difficult time, I truly appreciated how quick and easy it was to set up the account and arrange the services. The guidance I received from your team was both professional and gentle, which helped everything run very smoothly. I would also like to extend a special thank you to the gentleman who delivered the ashes; his kind and friendly manner was very much appreciated. Everything went well, and the level of service exceeded my expectations. I would like to offer one piece of constructive feedback regarding the urn/container. I found it difficult to locate the specific dimensions of the container on your website. When I called to ask for these measurements, the information I was given was unfortunately incorrect, which caused me some unnecessary hassle when preparing for the final placement of the ashes. I would gently suggest that including accurate dimensions and descriptions for the containers on your website would be a very helpful addition for other families. Thank you once again for your support and for making a challenging process much easier to manage.”

“Not met my expectations. Initial phone call was told Rebecca would be my point of contact, this was not possible for various reasons, l don’t think you should be saying this as it’s not possible. Wasn’t kept informed where my wife was or when she was moved. I was not asked what l wanted to do with my wife’s blouse she was wearing or indeed her dentures, presumably they were cremated with her. Also l was distressed with the whole creamation date/timing. The ashes were returned in the back of someone’s car just lined up with others although l don’t know how it could have been more dignified. Personally l would not recommend this type of funeral.”

“It goes without saying that this was an astoundingly difficult time, but every single interaction with Pure Cremation was kind, respectful, helpful and dignified. I massively appreciated being able to speak to the same person each time (thank you, Matthew ❤️), and the small touches - such as setting a password, so you didn't have to go through long and often upsetting details to verify your identity each time you called - made such a difference. I was dreading my mum's ashes being returned, and felt strange about them being delivered, almost like a product. However, the experience could not have been further from that; a smart, unmarked car arrived, and the lady who delivered the ashes was kind, gentle and extremely patient while I tried to get myself together. From a cost perspective, it was extremely affordable, given the stellar job throughout. My mum specifically wanted Pure Cremation, and I know she would be so pleased with their quiet, respectful and dignified service. Could not recommend them any more highly.”
