“From the first phone call everything was explained very clearly. I was kept in the know at all times with calls and emails. I know pure cremation deal with many creamations every day, but they made me feel like I was the only one. So polite, helpful, even the delivery of my mums ashes were very respectful. I myself have been paying into a pure cremation for a few years, which is why I choose them, and it's made me and the rest of the family know we choose the right company.”

“My dad passed away at home and he stated he wanted a pure cremation, I didn’t know what to expect as no plans were in place. I called them, they were so kind and friendly, arranged the private ambulance for us, and explained everything clearly. I cannot thank them enough from the initial call to receiving his ashes back in the most respectful friendly way! Thank you, you made my mums sadness moments more bearable”

“During this sad and difficult time pure cremation was the wishes of my wife's mother. I wasn't sure, but I can not say anything negative about the service pure cremation offer, from the first contact all the way through the process pure cremation were helpful and thoughtful. “Thank you so much, for your help, kindness and support. From the time of setting up a funeral plan to the support you gave me after the passing of my mother, and returning of her ashes. The whole team from start to finish have been marvellous, always in contact for step by step up dates and what to do next. Thank you so very much. While we always ensure that we bring someone into our care as soon as possible, we are unable to confirm this ahead of time due to a lot of external factors that can change, and result in unnecessary anxiety about all other aspects of our care and communication. “My Dad passed away in April 2025. The service from Pure Cremation from my wonderful amazing Dad being collected from home and to his ashes being delivered was faultless. Everyone was so caring, kind, polite, spent time to listen and reassuring. We were not rushed and that made a huge difference. Myself and my family cannot thank Pure Cremation enough for the wonderful service they provided for my Dad and our family. Thankyou so much to everyone for the support through this difficult time.”

“The whole process has been outstanding, as a family we were going through one of the worst times and pure cremation made everything as simple and easy as they could, every member of staff has treated us with the upmost respect from the very first call to delivery of the ashes. Kingsley was out point of contact and was great as were all staff we dealt with.”

“My Mother chose Pure Cremation before she became ill. From the very first phone call to the return of her ashes Pure Cremation were very professional. I was kept updated at all times. “Hi, I would just like to say that speaking to you guys on the phone, was very professional, and caring… on the other hand, when they came to pick up my mum, I was not happy at all…. They were loud, banging things about, whilst family waited in the kitchen… specifically with the door closed, as I did not want family members to see my mum on a stretcher!! We heard everything, which was not pleasant… then when I had left my mums property at around 0430, the van was parked on the side of the road…. And they pulled out infront of me, which meant I had to follow them all the way to the roundabout, to which I over took.. I would stress to anyone dealing with someone’s loved one, that dignity, respect, compassion is a key whether someone is alive or say deceased…. This was very upsetting after, no sleep for two days, and a hard 17 months looking after my young mum from Cancer… The Gentleman that brought my mums ashes back to me, was a kind and caring gentleman…”

“They took all the work and worry for me they keep in touch with what was happening so me and my family could grieve together and know Mt husband was is safe hands. They bought his ashes home in a beautiful container and we are happy that he is here with us .”

“This is what my mum wanted ,the lady on the phone was very nice and couldn't do enough for u ,always keeping in touch and letting you know where everything at and what going to happen next.you still have a say in stuff which is nice and what stuff you want to know . Me I wanted updated on everything and to know when they received her ,to the day it was going to happen and they made sure I know everything. Then there delivering of your love one,which I can't find any folt with from the lady who delivered her home to the information they give you ,to the packaging your love ones in with the stone with there number on for you to keep . Can't thank them enough.”
