“I was not happy with the urn my partner came home it my daughter and myself were upset not very professional not happy my partner was from a big family they were disappointed I won’t be using you again”

“I was looked after very well by Donna she is a credit to your company and I would like to thank her very much for her kind words, it has been very difficult to deal with my dad's death but Donna reasured me from the beginning to the end. “My father recently passed away at home. From being collected by very courteous gentlemen. To the return of his ashes directly to me. I was really impressed by the kindness of all the people i had contact with . Matt on the phone was so kind and answered all my questions with care. Thankyou all so much. Xx”

“From start to finish you get a personal and caring touch. I would highly recommend this company to all. I have a friend who’s Dad used a similar company that delivered her dad’s ashes back by Amazon 🙈. This company have their own people that give a personal service of bringing your loved ones back to you ❤️”

“As a family , we can’t praise pure cremation enough. We are so impressed with the care you showed to us and our mum. Keeping us updated every step of the way , from collecting our mum to hand delivering her ashes was just so professional .our mother was on a care home and they also commented on how you treated her and other residents there with such dignity .
