“Having a prepaid cremation takes all hassle out of dealing with loved ones when they pass . Regularly keeping updated and informed. So helpful with personal requests. At a sad time a very professional service highly recommended”

“We cannot recommend Pure Cremstion enough, they were helpful, respectful and professional at a very stressful and sad time for our family. From start to finish they were brilliant, keeping us informed and updated, they took a lot of pressure and stress away from us, it was a massive help not having to worry about making arrangements at the time emotions and sadness were high. Thank-you so much .”

“I can’t thank Pure Cremation enough for the care and professionalism they showed from start to finish. During such a difficult time, everything was handled with compassion, dignity, and clear communication, which gave me real peace of mind. I was especially touched when my grandmother’s ashes were delivered directly to my door. The gentleman who brought them was so thoughtful and respectfully asked if there was anything else he could do before leaving. That kindness meant a great deal to us all. I dont mind if I was contacted afterwards regarding the service I received.”

“My brother arranged his funeral plan four years ago,he would be very happy how smoothly everything went,everyone involved was very efficient and sympathetic in such a difficult time. I was given up to date steps through the whole process and I was very impressed with the efficiency of everything.Thank you .”

“I have booked my funeral with you but am seriously thinking of cancelling it. Do you have advertise at every advert break. I watch TV for entertainment and relaxation but at every break up comes your funeral advert, I've lost count. Are you trying to depress older folk into dying? The number of adverts you put on TV is obscene and all my friends feel the same as I do just stop.”

“The minute I showed an interest in finding out the cost of a ‘Pure Cremation’ on line, I have been harassed by constant phone calls and emails. Yesterday, after calling my mobile again I told the salesman to stop constantly chasing me and he promised it would stop. Today, I have been emailed by Pure Cremation chasing me for custom again. I would never use a company that harasses people in this way”

“Pure cremation put us at ease all the way through the ceremony. Neither of us had ever sorted out a funeral before , but no question was ever treated as if we were daft. Very polite and very professional they told us what to expect and what was happening all the way through. Lovely team we couldn't have asked for nicer people.”

“From beginning to end everything was done with grace. I asked for 9hrs before collecting body. Which was no problem. The ashes came back in a lovely box with a unique number for my mum which I got to keep. Everyone was pleasant and asking if there was anything else they could do for us. It has made me and my full family wanting to go the same way. With pure cremation. I thank you all so much. And the price was amazing.”
