“My mother , worried about funeral costs after death initially set up life policies to cover costs. Then for some reason she decided to go to Pure Cremation, pay in full and have no further worries. Fast track to my mothers passing. As next of kin, Will executor I was in a position of having to sort everything out at a time when everything is chaotic, unknown and emotionally draining. One phone call to you guys and I couldn't believe the kindness, time and expertise you showed in that 20 minute call. Everything was sorted by you, I had nothing else to do albeit an email signature the following day. All other communication was by your good selves ( that took so much pressure off me ) and enabled me to concentrate on other commitments. From start to finish I can't thank you enough. The return of my mothers ashes was the icing on the cake. Such a wonderful person who was an absolute credit to Pure Cremation. I and my wife are now seriously considering setting up a similar funeral plan with yourselves and have not stopped singing your praises to everyone and anyone. Thank you for all you did.”

“I cannot speak too highly of your company’s attention to detail in the treatment of my late wife. Every detail went perfectly and I was most happy with the service from Rebecca Soroush who kept all your companies promises so that the whole process went exactly as promised. “The whole process was very good the lady who brought the ashes home was very pleasant smartly dressed and professional. The container the ashes came in is very acceptable and eco friendly. It was very nice that a tree has also been planted in my dad's name. Thank you.”
