“Kept us informed each step. Gave us the date of the committal in time to hold our own 'celebration of life' on the same date. Kept us up to date with time of return of ashes, delivered by a very respectful member of PC team, dressed appropriately for the occasion. All completed within the 6 weeks advised at the start of the process. We would like to thank everyone involved and would highly recommend PC to others. We will use them again when the time comes.”

“Having heard a great deal about Pure Cremations, i must say i was very happy with service they provided. From start to finish - professional, empathetic, and very courteous. Whilst i live many miles away from my uncle, he was returned to me by one of the staff who again were extremely professional and respectful. I would not hesitate in recommending this service - a massive thank you to all involved.”

“From start until the end it was five star treatment , help full staff could not help you more ,very polite they were with us all the way and kept us informed all the way through .Can not thank them enough I would highly recommend Pure Cremation.”

“Everyone at pure cremation was very kind and the communication was excellent. They kept us informed of everything that was happening at each step along the way. The only issue was a ring that went missing but was then found but was not returned with the ashes. But it was quickly rectified and sent by special delivery. Overall we are very happy with the service provided.”

“My mum wanted no fuss no service so we could go and celebrate her life our way. Everything was smoothly and my mum's Ashes came back in a nice decorative bag and container rest in peace mum .”

“I had never dealt with Pure Cremation before or knew of anyone that had used them. It was my Mother & Fathers choice to use them. It was my Mum who had passed away & I cannot fault the service, dignity, care & professionalism of them through the whole experience. They made this sad occasion more bearable knowing they are available at any time for advice/help/any unanswered questions /concerns you may have. Would highly recommend to anyone.”

“Hassle free and cheaper than using a funeral home. The entire process ran smoothly and to schedule. All the staff are sensitive, caring, polite and friendly. I highly recommend using Pure Cremation, i found them to be a very professional company.”

“The support throughout the whole process was very good but having being told that when the ashes were returned the person returning them would be able to sit and have a cup of tea to support you it was more like an amazon delivery please sign are you OK thanks and left within minutes of arriving with the ashes”

“During difficult times we were able to sort out the crematon details very easily and quickly. Although we did not have a cremation plan sorted out with "Pure Cremation Ltd" the process was simple and well explained by their team on the phone and sorted then. They arranged everything from collecting my late wife from the funeral directors, her resting in peace at Pure Cremation facilities, information when the cremation was to take place and down to when they bought her ashes home. I would like to say a "big thank you" to all the team involved in making the process so simple.”
