“This is the third time I have used the services of Pure Cremation. They are very good and keep you informed of every step of the process. The call handlers are excellent. I have bought my own cremation through Pure Cremation knowing how stress-free it should make things for my family.”

“I really want to pass on a compliment to the team. I have had mum mums ashes delivered today and whilst I was sad, I was also very comforted by the service from beginning to the end. Although I have been honoured to be there when my grandparents passed away and recently my mum, this was my first experience at being in charge of arranging my late mums passing. Every other organisation from utilities, housing associations and family dynamics has been really challenging and difficult and I thought I would never get through it. I found myself sometimes getting upset ‘why me?’ And thinking I couldn’t do this anymore. Mums choice to arrange her funeral through Pure Cremation has been the only reassuring and supportive network I have had since she passed away. I have felt so alone and had to overcome so many hurdles (which in my opinion you’re never prepared for at a sad time) but I just felt so at ease knowing my mum was with you (when she eventually got there). Nothing felt like a part of a process or formality with you. Wendy (mums coordinator) and the lovely lady (I’m so sorry I couldn’t remember her name) who brought my mum to me today, were so absolutely kind and supportive. The gentle approach was well needed and I felt reassured that when my mum was in your care, she was still treated with dignity. My heart broke when Wendy said that the team all spoke to Mum and she was not alone. That will be forever in my heart. Even the email stating ‘thank you for letting us care for Lesley’ what a lovely thoughtful and respectful thing to say. I just want to say thank you to you all from the bottom of my heart for bringing my mum to me and looking after her. I am truly grateful”

“Pure cremation were excellent from the first call to purchase their service until my brothers ashes were delivered. They were very professional and very caring on the phone. They informed me when he was collected from his care home,then informed when he was to be cremated then when his ashes were to be delivered (by a very nice man I have to say ) first class service.”

“Although Pure Cremation was Professional and Empathetic the only thing we were disappointed in was although we were told we had a named advisor we did not speak to Dawn on the occasions we rang or requested a call back we spoke to someone different on several occasions. The Guys who returned Johns ashes to me were amazing.”

“From start to finish the process of dealing with Mum's passing was sensitively dealt with by Pure Cremation, the information given to us was informative and compassionate and everything explained thoroughly and every step of the process we were updated with a kind phonecall. The lady who returned Mum's ashes was respectful in such difficult circumstances, she explained everything and answered any questions.”

“The initial contact was good as was the recepionist when I collected the ashes. The contact was good until the day before the commital. After the cremation nothing. From 19 August until 15 September nothing. As I wanted to take the ashes away with me at the end of this month, I rang you asking if I could collect them. I was told I could and collected tham on 16 September. Because I thought the ashes would be delivered to my home, I was expecting a call to say the ashes were coming. To wait nearly four weeks and still no contact was a little dissapointing. The recommendation below would depend on the circumstances of the friend.”
