“When my parents first mentioned a pure cremation I was very unsure it was the right decision. I then realised it actually wasn’t about my decision it was my parents wishes. After my fathers recent passing I can’t praise pure cremation enough for everything they have done to make this sad time easier on us. I have totally changed my opinion on a pure cremation and will consider planning one myself. Thank you to everyone at pure cremation”

“From the first phone call to the final delivery of ashes the whole process has been very easy in difficult times, friendly and helpful staff and working with one main contact helped with continuity at a hard time. Very much would recommend. Thank you for making a very hard time a bit easier xx”

“I was extremely pleased with everything. The staff I spoke to at the beginning was kind and courteous and sincere and very helpful. I was informed when anything was happening, which was very good. When I received my loved one back, the gentleman couldn't have been better.”

“Pure cremation excelled themselves. I lost my husband 5 weeks ago and they came out within 6 hours and picked up his body. They were absolutely amazing. They kept me up to date with everything and kept me informed regularly about the process. I am so glad that we chose this company. I know that when my days come to an end, the service will be just as good for my loved ones as it was for me. Thank you Pure Cremation. You deserve a gold medal”

“Pure Cremation were absolutely wonderful. They kept me informed every step of the way and answered any questions that I had promptly. This was my mums request but the family weren't completely sure about it but it turned out to be far easier than trying to do all the arrangements ourselves and it stopped a lot of worries. Thank you Pure Cremation.”

“Communication is bad. Had to chase them constantly. Assigned Case worker non existent! Would have been extremely stressful had we not have had family that knew what arrangements needed to be made. No guidance from this company at all.”

“My partner chose to have a Pure Cremation. Everyone has been lovely. So caring and made things so easy for me and my daughter to deal with things. Ashes returned in an amazing 'cask'. Did not expect that. 💕”

“Everything was taken care of in a timely and straightforward manner; I was guided through the process by Connor who was kind and sympathetic throughout. It was a relief as allowed us to be able to concentrate on organising a celebration of life with family and friends for our late father”
