“When my husband was diagnosed with a terminal illness, he insisted that he didn’t want a traditional funeral. We chose Pure Cremation with no attendance. The process was seamless, compassionate and efficient and we were kept informed throughout.”

“Easy to contact. Dad had a prepaid plan. He died at home and his body was collected promptly by very respectful but approachable people. Everything was explained and I was given time to absorb the information. Follow up was considerate and I was kept up to date. I wasn't there when dad's ashes were returned but my husband was happy with the way they were returned.”

“I feel I was given superb customer service as at every stage they demonstrated compassion, empathy and patience. I was given the time I needed to make decisions and I was never pressured. Questions I felt might be silly was answered sensitively. The delivery of my mother's ashes was also compassionately handled. The gentleman phoned me in advance to prepare me for his arrival and we spoke a bit about my mother when he sensitivity and discreetly handed them to me. It was far from an Amazon type delivery.”

“The people that work at pure cremations are very helpful and give great information They were very kind and helpful to me on my husbands passing and very compassionate on the return of my husband ashes I can recommend them to anyone who wishes to be cremated”

“The staff at pure cremation were fantastic from first contact to receiving the ashes. The service that they provided to my loved one was done with the upmost dignity and respect, and they regularly kept in contact with each step of the cremation process. I would recommend them first to anyone that chose a cremation. Excellent service.”

“Following the passing of my mother, Pure Cremation were incredible! Never having had to deal with this before Pure Cremation were there every step of the way, guiding us through some very sad times. They truly cared for us and were so Professional & supported us through the whole process. After this experience my whole family are going to be using Pure Cremation. “I cannot thank Pure Cremation enough for the care, compassion and professionalism they showed from beginning to end. During such a difficult and emotional time, every member of the team was kind, respectful and incredibly supportive. Everything was handled with dignity and sensitivity, and the communication throughout was excellent. “Fantastic service from start to finish reception staff were helpful and kept us well informed. staff who collected mum after her death were very respectful and treated mum and the family with compassion. Mums ashes were delivered back to the family in the time stated.”
