“One word, excellent! They kept us informed from day one about what was happening and very emphatic. I personally prefer a funeral, but for those who don’t this is a great alternative.”

“I was so pleased that we chose Pure Cremation Ltd for my mother who passed away recently. From my first telephone contact to the return of my mother's ashes, everyone that I spoke to were very courteous, helpful and understanding. Their efficiency and communication was excellent and we were kept notified at every stage of the process. The television advertising commercials may appear a little "corny" but delivers the right message, so don't be put off by that. This is a very respectful service who my wife and I intend to set plans in place for ourselves.”

“It is always difficult to lose a loved one but Pure Cremation helped a lot. The people on the phone,those who collected my husband and those who brought his ashes back were all kind and considerate. I felt that my husband was being well cared for and sensitively handled while in their care.”

“we dealt with the same 2 people which helped a lot at this sad time and were kept informed of everything that was happening. When the ashes were delivered it was done with dignity and we were given all the information that we needed for scattering the ashes abroad. We also discovered that a tree had been planted in our loved ones name which was a lovely touch.”

“Organised and thorough. Felt quite strange to carry out a cremation this way but allowed us to have a family service when we needed it, totally separate from the cremation.”

“Can't fault the service From the first call to start the process to the delivery of our ashes the service has been 100% They kept us up to date on what was happening and catered for changes we asked for. The ashes delivered in a fabulous container with a very considerate delivery.”
