“Sadly my mother in law passed away and to help my wife I took responsibility to liaise with the pure cremation team The service received was empathetic honest and very informative We were phoned every step of the way to let us know what was happening or about to happen I can’t thank them enough especially Gail Brunton who made what could have been a very difficult time as easy as possible. We have both been so impressed that we are also signing up as this is now what we want too when the time comes Thank you to everyone”

“Julia was my initial point of contact. She was extremely friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable. She remained patient and kind throughout my dealings with PC. This is my 2nd experience and again I found PC to be extremely helpful, professional and supportive with me. Pat was the fabulous individual who returned mum's ashes. So lovely, very experienced, happy to answer Qs and make suggestions. She was lovely to have in my home. 100% recommend Pure Cremation. They really do make an emotionally difficult time, much easier interms of communication and expectations.”

“When it was time to make the call I was really happy in the manner that the delicate situation was handled The team at pure cremation were so helpful and reassuring in all matters I was kept informed all the way and nothing was beyond them I can't thank them enough for what they have done to make it as simple as possible”

“Pure Cremation were brilliant when my Dad passed away, they were lovely so helpful and very caring. We could not fault them at all, would definitely recommend them and it takes all the stess and heart ache out of organising a normal funeral. The lady that delivered my Dad's Ashes was so kind and thoughtful ❤️ choosing Pure Cremation was the best decision we made. Very happy with the service we received.”

“cant fault the service really, just it all took a bit too long, from collection, committal and return of the ashes, thought the whole process was going to be quicker, but very good service other than that.”

“From the initial phone call to the ashes being personally brought back to me Pure Cremation staff were very kind, polite, professional and very sensitive to me as a person.
