“It has been 6 months since my husband passed and in that time I have had to come to terms with paperwork loss and everything that the loss of a partner bring's. When my husband passed in April the support and help that I received from pure cremations could not have been better they helped me through every step of the process until my husband's ashes were returned home, that was all my husband wanted was to come home. Thank you to everyone who helped me.”

“Like a lot of relatives of a loved one I wasn't happy about my mum wanting a Pure funeral. I wanted a church and all that goes with it. Mum said no I could understand she wanted no fuss and trying to make it easier for us. So we all agree when she passed I called Pure and I was very impressed every step of the way they told me what to do and everything what was happening with mum. I would recommend Pure I was very impressed by the way they handled everything.”

“We were extremely surprised how helpful the staff were and they answered any questions I had. Mums ashes were delivered by a respectful driver who phoned ahead to let us know when to expect him. At all times we were kept up to date with everything”

“Dealing with your company at these sad times was a pleasure. Speaking to your staff put me very much at ease . Very professional. They kept me informed at all times and reduced the sadness when one loses a lover one.”

“Very happy with your services . Everyone we had dealings with were polite, courteous and professional. The young men who collected Thomas Kemp were very respectful and kind. Everyone i spoke to in the office were so kind and the young lady that returned the ashes was also kind. I have already mentioned your company to friends who were very impressed. “My husband didn’t want a funeral service and he decided he wanted a cremation and a memorial dinner. We chose Pure Cremations as they outlined all they did plus the cost, which we found to be reassuring at an emotional time. They carried out the cremation and updated us on all the necessary information. The ashes were delivered by a courier who phoned and told us what time he would be arriving, he came and was very polite and sympathetic. The whole procedure was non intrusive and sincere. We held the memorial dinner, and many of the guest commented on how it was emotional but not sombre. We would recommend Pure Cremations.”

“My dad had said he wanted pure cremation but he had not sorted it out before he died. They were very caring and professional and kept me informed at every stage . My dad is now back home delivered by hand to us , I would not hesitate to recommend pure cremation excellent service . THANKYOU”

“When my Dad passed away we were very happy with the guys that came to collect him, they were very friendly and respectful as were all the people we spoke to at Pure Cremation. A couple of points I would just like to make, we would've liked to have known if my Dad's cremation took place in the morning or afternoon. Also, the box that his ashes came back in is not biodegradable only recyclable I only found out when I emailed to check, Mum and You had to transfer his ashes to another box bought on Amazon as it is a prerequisite of the cemetery for the box to be biodegradable.”

“Compassionate, personal and friendly, yet efficient. If you want no fuss, no frills then this is the way to do it. Once mother's ashes were received we had a small gathering to scatter them on the family grave.”

“When my father passed away it was an extremely emotional time. I would like to compliment the pure cremation team on their professionalism from start to finish. They were always available to answer any questions. They kept us informed every step of the way. The gentlemen that collected my dad were kind, polite and professional. They did not rush us at all. then we were helped throughout and advised correctly on how to register the death and what documentation was needed. Everything went to plan without any problems right up to when the ashes were returned to us. Outstanding service. Thankyou very much for your superb support during a very difficult time. Well done.”
