“From start of communications with Pure cremation Ltd, we had nothing but a pure professional service..receiving phone calls when they said they'd call..and any questions needed asking..answered!!..I would highly recommend this company without hesitation. “Even though the staff was helpful a say before my partner was cremated I received a phone to say it couldn’t go ahead due to a form missing. This was not a form from me it was the doctor. I was extremely upset but this should of all been checked before date was given.”

We are sorry to learn you're unhappy with the wait for the return of ashes, the return of the ashes is within 21 days from the cremation itself, this is stated in our literature and our website. “I used Pure Cremation for my mum, I have never had to deal with a funeral before and didn’t know what to expect. Pure cremation made the whole process simple and delivered a professional service which I was happy with. My only suggestion for improvement would be to kept up to date as I didn’t hear anything for over 21 days after the cremation, I had to contact them to confirm when my mum would be returned, They did however apologise for this.”

“The staff were considerate, kind, respectful and went to great lengths to ensure that the cremation was completed and my daughters ashes delivered to me in time for my return to Canada. in time for my return overseas.”

“A really excellent service, kind and caring staff made a difficult process so much easier. My friend’s ashes were brought to me by a lovely woman (Emma) and it felt as though a friend was bringing him home. I cannot recommend Pure enough and I am glad that I’ve signed up with them for my cremation. Brilliant.”

“Pure Cremations take away so much worry at a very distressing time. They simply took care of everything. It was a seamless service and everyone we encountered were sympathetic and efficient. It was Dads wishes to use this service and although some of us were initially sceptical we have all decided this is what we want now. We couldn't recommend them highly enough from the initial call to the delivery of Dads ashes. Everything done so professionally and respectfully.”
