“Waited almost 8 weeks for my father-in-law to be collected from the hospital to be cremated, it was postponed 3 times for different reasons, was told we would be kept up to date with every step of the way which we was I can’t fault that, then to receive a phone call telling us that my father-in-law was cremated that morning which we wasn’t told about so was quite upsetting as we wanted to do something as a family on the day of his cremation to then get a phone call a while later saying that he had not been cremated and that he was still at the hospital and hadn’t yet been collected, once he had eventually been collected from the hospital it didn’t take too long for him to finally be at rest, then his ashes returned back home within a few days by a lovely lady who was very professional and so lovely”

“I found Pure Cremation very helpful, professional and sympathetic in their dealings with me. They kept me updated right through to my husband's cremation. The driver who delivered his ashes was such a lovely person. Can't fault anything, thank you Pure Cremation!”

“It would have been good just to talk to the same person when I phoned for updates etc, however, your staff must update each client's file diligently as each person I spoke to was fully updated on my previous calls. Only one complaint was we asked for the ashes to be in a "rainbow" urn and they were in an urn with a lake and mountain picture, but we had to decant into a tubular urn to fit into the memorial stone we had ordered so no problem”

“Excellent service and very kind staff. We paid the extra £400 to have my mother’s coffin transferred from Andover to Brighton Crematorium. This allowed close family members to have a private service. Time allowed was 20-30 minutes for this. We had the opportunity to put flowers on the coffin, play three songs, and read our eulogy. No minister is allowed, but we didn’t want a religious service, just a family, private service. I would recommended Pure Cremation to anyone considering their funeral plan and options. Mrs A. “We ave recently had to use the service of pure cremation who without a doubt have been very professional. We have been informed every step of the way. Even on the day of delivery of Ashe's the man was extremely professional who put us all at ease under difficult circumstances. Would highly recommend pure cremation”

“I found pure cremations excellent and am now planning to do this for my own funeral when my time comes. They were really easy to deal with, kept me informed right through from collecting my dad from the coroner's office to the day his ashes were delivered. I was so worried about what people would think about how we did things, but it took the stress away from us and now we are able to plan a ceremony when we bury his ashes with his mum. ht from when I booked my father's cremation to delivering his ashes”

“It did what it said on the tin. The only issue seemed to be around arranging delivery of my mother's ashes. Trying to get a date seemed to be complicated, and I ended up going to Andover myself to pick them up. It seemed simpler. Apart from that it was fine.”
