“The customer service I received was second to none, they handled my mums cremation with compassion and respect, all the communication I had with the advisors was excellent from my first contact with Lisa to having mum's ashes returned was exceptional, a truly first class service”

“I can't praise pure cremation enough they did my mothers cremation three years ago and they have just done my step farthers cremation everyone on the phone that I spoke to were very helpful and concerned everything went well and the young lady that brought the ashes back for my step farther was lovely.”

“Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Made everything so easy. I cant recommend Pure Cremation enough. I would like to say a massive thank you to Vicky who was my first point of call at 3.30am who talked me through everything and Wendy who was my main point of call afterwards. Amazing service. Thank you so much for making a stressful time alot easier”

“I received excellent service from the very beginning right until I received my loved ones ashes. The communication I received was spot on. I didn't know what to expect as this is the first time I've ever had to so something like this, but the person that was looking after the arrangements explained everything and said if I had any questions to contact them direct. I myself already had a put cremation plan in place. The day I received my loved ones ashes back they were hand delivered very respectfully by someone from the pure cremation team, I can definitely say it was less stressful for me than if I had to make the arrangements myself. There is only one thing I was a bit disappointed at is you get to know the date your loved one is being cremated but not the time. Although I did read somewhere that it is usually in the morning because it's a quieter time.”

“Took far too long to return ashes. Said that they had not received from that I posted back first class the same day I received it.Six weeks and five days after my wife died I finally had her ashes returned. Should have been sooner.”

“They were brilliant , they came and got my mum when she passed , and they let me know when she was going to be cremated so me and my family could be together , and then they bring the ashes back to you , great service”

“The service has been excellent from the initial empathetic first contact, to the email follow ups with information and to the allocation of a named person to discuss and walk through next steps. There ended up being a requirement for Pure Cremation to chase a GP for information and they were persistent in chasing and informing me of what they had done. Each call started with ‘are you able to talk now’ and given such a sensitive conversation this was really appreciated. I highly recommend them.”

“Everything was handled with compassion and care from start to finish. As someone who had to make arrangements after the death of a loved one, it was simple to do and everything was explained clearly on the original call. Only thing I would have liked as the recipient of the ashes was an option of urns.”

“From start to finish,pure cremation where very professional.Wendy was my first contact ,she was compassionate and understanding.Wendy kept me informed every step of the way.Hazel was the lady who arranged the return of my daughters ashes,she also was very compassionate and understanding.Helen was the lady who brought the ashes back to me,she talked us through everything that has happened legally for the closure of our journey.Helen was also very compassionate and understanding. I would not hesitate to recommend pure cremation if this was the way people would want to go.”
