“They absolutely did not make things easier, they actually added to the pain. Communication was terrible. I had to do all the chasing. I'm still waiting for a callback... Myself and five other people I know were also going to take a plan out with Pure Cremation, but after this experience we are now looking elsewhere. I'm posting this anonymously knowing that the company will see my details and maybe get in touch. Very, very disappointed.”

“From the moment my dad died pure cremation were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble on the phone and they even gave me a personal number of a lovely lady called Wendy to liase with. We were fully informed throughout the whole process, it all went really smooth and the lady who bought him back was so kind and caring. Throughout this terrible time we couldn't of asked for a better service. I would definitely recommend pure cremation. Thank you for everything.”

“My dad passed away beginning of January 26 and we as a family can’t praise Pure Cremation enough, from the beginning they have kept us informed and have been very supportive throughout. My dad’s Ashes have just returned home I was a complete mess and the lovely lady was so compassionate and caring. We can’t thank Pure Cremation enough”

“from the 1st phone call to the returning of the ashes i found this a very easy process with just the right amount of calls and updates with very nice and understanding callers. only really had 1 negative part of the process which was the length of time it took to collect the body but i do understand there was bad weather and a shift changeover. Overall was excellent service provided”

“I took out a pure cremation on Tuesday 3rd feb 2026 the lady TiA did everything I asked and more it’s because of her I took the plan out I’m so happy because I explained to her I don’t like fuss or talking about it please can I just pay and be left knowing pure cremation has me covered what a lady to talk to she explained all to me 100/ cent as I told her I will not be thinking of changing my mind the reviews I’ve read are 100/ cent good the company I trust 100/ cent seeing it on tv also talking down my local pub with mates so please take my advice go for it what more can I say but TiA thank you and god bless Peter child’s Norfolk”

“My brother recently passed and had chose pure cremation.i really didn't know what to expect they rang about half hour before they arrive so I could prepare myself. They were very patient with me and give me as much time I needed to say goodbye and everything was what I wanted giving me options at each stage of them taking him even to walk to the van with him . I never felt I was being rushed at any point and they were so respectful of myself and my brother. Thank you for your wonderful staff.”
