“When I was arranging cremation for my Husband, they made thing very easy as everyone I can in contact with were sympathetic and friendly. They made a very sad time easier due to their effeciency and once again the two men who came to the house to take my husband were respectful and ensured I had enough time to say good bye. They never once rushed me or made me feel there was a time limit they were working to. Afterwards a lovely lady called Pam brought his ashes back. A couple of hours after she phoned to make sure I was alright. I have my policy now as I want my son to have people of this high standard sort things for him.”

“Everything was explained to me and all staff showed a great deal of compassion and empathy. They outlined the process and kept me informed at each stage. The ashes were returned within two weeks of the committal and arrived exactly when they were expected. The whole process was faultless. Thank you.”

“When my husband died and we phoned Pure cremations, everything was done compassionately and professionally they arrived to collect him very quickly. They were thoughtful of our needs and explained everything as it went on afterwards they phoned to let me know how everything was going, to see how I was and allowed us to provide our own urn.”

“I could not fault Pure Cremation from the moment we contacted them they acted in a very professional and caring way and talked me through the whole process when I informed them my mother had died - my mother body was picked up the next day and placed into the morgue (until we provided death certificate) then my mothers body was cremated and the ashes delivered personally within one week. I would highly recommend Pure Cemation”

“What a service!! Brilliant from start to finish with the loss of my mum. Will definitely be using for myself and my husband. kept informed throughout the whole journey - returned a piece of jewellery that I had forgotten that mum was wearing. Highly recommended. Brilliant service .”
