“Very efficient! , The only thing I didn't like was pure cremation plastered on the van, I'd prefer a bit more discretion”

Thank you for your feedback and kind words about our efficiency. We also greatly appreciate your feedback regarding the wording on our private ambulance. In response to feedback like yours, we’re currently in the process of removing the "Pure Cremation" wording from our ambulances. These are being updated with our more subtle lotus flower logo to ensure a more discreet presence. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us. “I cannot fault the experience we had with Pure Cremation. Great communications throughout. Of special note, the moment the private ambulance came to collect Mum, the 2 gentlemen were deeply reassuring and respectful. Making a heartbreaking moment as good as it could be. I would certainly recommend Pure Cremation and their service.”

“I’ve used Pure Cremations twice. Last year for my father and more recently for my mother. Both times, the service I received from them was extremely sensitive, kind and helpful. My mum died at home and Laura arranged for her collection so I didn’t need to worry about that. I was kept up to date with what was happening and when they hand delivered my Dad’s ashes, they couldn’t have handled it more sensitively or kindly. Would 100% recommend.”

“I found the service exceptional. I was treated with kindness and understanding.. Pure cremations procedures were clearly explained so I was fully aware of the sequence of events leading up to the cremation and given sensative options regarding recept or disposal of the ashes.”

“I can’t thanks Pure Cremation enough. From the start they were so helpful and on the day of my mother’s passing it took just one call. The lady who answered the phone had to check for a vehicle location and took less than ten minutes to call me back with a time that someone would be with me. The team arrived on time and were so supportive and respectful. Throughout the whole process nothing was too much. On the day that I had the ashes back, again they kept in contact with a time update and the lady who give the ashes was caring and respectful. Thank you Pure Cremation.”
