“Wonderful, sensitive, caring service. Rang to organise cremation late at night after my mum had passed and they were marvellous, made the whole process so much easier and carried on with fab service including when my mum was handed back. Thank you”

“All staff at Pure Cremation have provided excellent service from start to finish. The 'start' was the purchase of cremation plans about three years ago. The 'finish' was the return of my wife's ashes shortly after her death in early September 2023. In the meantime, there was no difficulty in contacting Pure Cremation, and all requests for support and advice were dealt with most efficiently and in a sympathetic manner. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Pure Cremation as an alternative provider to conventional funeral companies.”

“Under the sad circumstances I am very happy with the service of pure cremation, I appreciate that they treated my late mother with the upmost respect. I was extremely grateful for Rebecca who was always there to advise & to let us know what was happening through the whole process. I cannot thank all staff at pure cremation enough as there kindness helped through a very sad time.”

“Overall a good service, but I was hurt when my husband was collected from our home and the black sheet covering him had holes in it. I felt this was disrespectful.”

“From my initial phone call to buy a Pure Cremation, for my mother in law. To receiving her ashes back to my home, everyone I spoke to was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. What was a distressing time was made much easier by the wonderful staff”

“Thank you for the cremation of my brother. I personally didn’t like the idea of it when he told me what he wanted but it was carried out with professionalism and with dignity and respect and thank you to the lovely lady who personally delivered his ashes back to me again with dignity and respect”

“On the passing of my dad, when dealing with Pure Cremation they were very efficient and sympathetic and made the whole process bearable. They kept me informed every step of the way. When dad's ashes were returned to me, their representative was very kind, respectful and, again, sympathetic. I could not praise them enough.”

“On behalf of myself and the Family of Naomi Rice I would like to thank all the Team at Pure Cremation for the way in which they dealt with the whole process. I was informed at every step of the sad journey that Naomi took either by phone and/or email. You all dealt with the situation with great compassion and dignity. Nothing was too much trouble. I phoned many times and must have driven you all mad although you were always very courteous. I would highly recommend this service that you provide to those interested. Thank you once again for everything.”
