“My uncle passed away in August and had a pre-payed plan with Pure Cremation. Having dealt with traditional funeral planning which can be stressful, I found the whole process with Pure Cremation so simple. The whole team were so helpful and explained the whole process throughout. I opted to have my uncle's ashes brought back to me as he had wanted to go to our local garden of remembrance with other family members. The ashes were hand-delivered to me by team members who were so helpful with such a calm aura about them and couldn't have been more helpful. I can't recommend them enough for there service.”

“We used the services of Pure Cremation Ltd for the first time on behalf of my husband's brother. We were incredibly impressed with the professionalism, discretion and speed with which everything was dealt with. We had one person assigned to us and agreed we wished to be informed when each step of the process was completed. This was done as requested and any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. We cannot fault the company and the service they offer. My husband and I are now about to take out our own plans with Pure Cremation as this is exactly the service we wish when our time comes. It also puts our minds at rest that our wishes will be carried out as we would like, with minimal stress on our family.”

“I was very happy with the service provided by Pure Cremation. They kept me informed at all times during the whole process. Delivery of my mother’s ashes were handed over by a very sympathetic young man. Would very much recommend them”

“Communication wasn't great as I kept having to phone to get updates. The urn needs rethinking as what's the point in having a nice picture on, if one side is going to be covered with a label?! Plus actually opening the urn is sooooooo difficult! Even my strapping husband had a problem!!! So no, we won't be using Pure Cremation again or recommending to anyone.. =0(”

“Hi people, if you have pure cremations contract, please keep in mind, if you decide to cancel you will be charged £350.00 just for admission fee before they refund your money. This should be important to you. This is thow my personal experience.”

“I contacted Pure Cremation after losing my sister as she had requested a simple send off. From the very first phone call, Pure Cremation offered a superb service, taking the stress and strain from me. They kept me notified at all stages right through to delivery of my sister's ashes to my home address. Professional and friendly service at all times, I highly recommend them.”

“Pure Cremation reduced the stress, at a very difficult time, significantly. The staff were easy to speak to, helpful and sympathetic. “I found the entire experience of being supported by Pure Cremations, kind, sensitive, intelligent and considerate. It was a huge relief to learn there was an alternative pathway for us to take in completing our loved ones earthly journey. Instead of having to endure the often stiff and informal services lead typically by someone who didn't know the deceased, in circumstances that do not feel like a match to their spirit and potentially surrounded and witnessed by folk we don't know but feel pressured to include, we could choose to handle the cremation privately without the typical service. We received the ashes, most kindly delivered by their representative and can take our time to be with the ashes and have our own rituals and ceremonial goodbyes. I heartily recommend this approach. Seeing the attractive container surrounded by flowers and candles on our sideboard at home, has given all of us the chance to process the passing, without the extraneous stresses of the 'normal service. It is so much more empowering and everyone who spoke or wrote to us was fantastic. I highly recommend Pure Cremations. .”
