“My Father died suddenly, totally alone, till found by a family member. Pure Cremation we’re contacted and their attendance is nothing but outstanding. I was kept informed each step of the way, till finally my Father was put to rest. His ashes, after being advised with a phone call as to the date of the cremation, were then delivered back to my home with kindness and servility. I am now in the process of arranging my own and my husbands cremation with this company. Courteous, polite, true sympathy for the family….. Thank you one and all for your excellent service 🌹❤️”

“Having had to suddenly cancel due to Hositpal's red tape' Pure cremation were so helpful when we were able to sort out my friend's cremation. She wanted her ashes to go back to Turkey where she had hoped to retire and Pure cremation sorted everything out along with a formal letter to allow me to travel with the remains. Can't thank them enough. It just made a horrible situation a little easier.”

“Appalling service and communication ignored and no details sent. They even lied to their own delivery driver who brought Mums ashes back.. Contacted them through social media and ignored. Will be requesting Father's pre payment back due to their shocking service with Mums ashes.”

We are sincerely sorry that you remain unsatisfied with our responses to your multiple negative reviews, including contact from a senior manager during the arrangements. During this contact we explained that our care was impeded by the hospital, and you appeared satisfied with that explanation at the time. Call recordings confirm that the date for the ashes return was confirmed with you verbally, but we accept that the emotional state of the bereaved demands all such information is best given in writing, and we have amended our procedures accordingly. “The good old age off you get what you pay for this service is for anyone who wishes to save money stress to family/friends of there loved one & scatter there loved 1s ashes in there own time. Unfortunately you don't get a guarantee off when your loved one will be cremated & the communication wasn't always good. I was informed my wife would be cremated on the Friday but in fact she was cremated on Saturday unable to supply time. Apart from this the return off ashes was very good my wife arrived back to me safely by hand delivery and in a lovely urne with a beach picture very touching. My wife had the over 50s plan for reference . I would recommend pure cremation to anyone as long as they are 100% aware off full details”

Dear Mr Wright, Thank you for your review noting your experience with Pure Cremation. I am sorry to hear that this did not meet our usual high standards, and I have had a look at the detailed notes on your wife’s record to understand what happened on this occasion. I can see that we were made aware of a discrepancy on the paperwork the coroner provided that conflicted with information we had on our records. Although you were made aware of this and the paperwork was rectified in time for the cremation date, we were then awaiting the final legal paperwork for cremation from the Medical Referee at the crematorium. The committal took place on Friday 21st October, but the cremation took place within the 72 hour period that is used at the discretion of the crematorium. I am glad to hear that the rest of the process went smoothly. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any other questions. Kind regards, Harriet

“Michaela and her team at Pure Cremation went above and beyond for making mums passingand cremation so smooth - especially as we had several issues with her paperwork (gp end). Everyone we interacted with from mums colle tion to delivery of her ashes were extremely professional whilst still remaining empathatic and compassionate to the situation.”

“My husband and I, both wanted to be cremated, and after seeing the advert on TV- thought this would be ideal. . We arranged and planned both at the same time. - which was dealt with confidently. Due to illness, my husband passed, - from the first call made to Pure Cremation - They were superb, they dealt with, us with kindness and sympathy - giving us, as a family, guidance into what will be happening throughout the process. Thank you for all the support given and we would tell anyone who would condiser this as a great alternative to a 'traditional' Funeral.”

“I used your services in April of last year for my dad who unexpectedly passed away in hospital. Everyone I spoke with was kind and sensitive. I was kept informed every step of the way. The man who delivered the ashes left very early that morning. It was so I could leave my home at 9am to take my dad back to my mum. Thank you all. I would recommend and use your services again.”

“My dad choose pure cremation, They kept me updated through out all the process. when they would be picking him up from the hospital to take to be cremated to their crematorium. They Was lovely to deal with really recommend them, Then when they dropped my dads ashes back to me at my home they kept me updated on dates and times etc. they also rang to say when leaving. Thankyou pure creamation.”

“Waited almost 8 weeks for my father-in-law to be collected from the hospital to be cremated, it was postponed 3 times for different reasons, was told we would be kept up to date with every step of the way which we was I can’t fault that, then to receive a phone call telling us that my father-in-law was cremated that morning which we wasn’t told about so was quite upsetting as we wanted to do something as a family on the day of his cremation to then get a phone call a while later saying that he had not been cremated and that he was still at the hospital and hadn’t yet been collected, once he had eventually been collected from the hospital it didn’t take too long for him to finally be at rest, then his ashes returned back home within a few days by a lovely lady who was very professional and so lovely”
