“Pure Cremation have been excellent throughout. They dealt with my Mums final journey and brought her ashes from Andover to Kent. Kept me informed all the time, never felt pressured. I think the pricing was very reasonable. Totally recommend to anyone thinking about alternative funeral arrangements. Thank you Pure Cremation”

“This service is caring and considerate. I love the language used such as ‘your loved one’ it’s shows empathy and caring. I struggled a little with time delays but I would recommend Pure Cremations to anyone. Everyone took time with me and everything went smoothly. Thank you”

“At a very sad time of loosing my father pure we’re brilliant Andy who collected my dad was a genuine man and very respectful. Also customer service was great keeping me up to date at every stage I didn’t have to chase them not once Thank you”

“Very friendly team, The easiest process imaginable. Experts at taking the stress out of the situation, From the first call they guided me through the process. Pure did exactly what they said they would and when they said they would do it. I would have no problem recommending Pure to anyone looking for a simple yet supportive hassle-free service.”

“not proffesional did not expect my mother in law to be returned in a shopping tote bag,or by a driver dressed in work trousers and t shirt,he was very pleasant,but handed me tote bag saying yvonne,sign here please,my wife went into shock,no way would l be using bag with your logo on it to go get my shopping,this needs vast improvemnet,it could be thick re cyclable paper bag with just your flower logo on,as for the urn,it is the image of the box we keep our cats treats in,with peeling off picture,we may have been unlucky,”

Dear Peter, We are very sorry to hear these comments which do not reflect Pure Cremation policy nor the standards we expect to deliver to each bereaved family we are privileged to serve. While our staff do not wear the formal attire of traditional funeral homes, they are in a branded uniform, and we expect them to be smartly presented at all times. We do not allow our staff to wear jeans or trainers. We have carefully selected a container that is both environmentally responsible and designed to protect each set of ashes. We use stunning photo wrappers and, taken all together, we believe that our presentation is significantly better than that offered by other crematoria. We have had many positive comments from other families but we are sorry that the container did not meet your expectations. I can see that my colleague has been speaking with the applicant for your mother-in-law’s arrangements, and we have been able to provide the reassurances above. However, we will continue to follow up on the points raised to make sure we are comfortable all correct practices have been followed. “I chose Pure cremations as my husband had said he did not want any fuss and definitely no crematorium funeral, where everyone gets upset. My son in law recommended Pure Cremations and so I rang them. From first call contact to delivery of the ashes it was so simple. Everything was arranged for me and I didn't have to do anything apart from filling in forms. I was kept informed of how procedures would go ahead and was rung with dates etc. After the cremation my husbands ashes were then delivered to me at home. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was really kind and helpful, and the delivery man at the end was equally kind. I have nothing but praise, for Pure Cremations who made a difficult task far easier.”

“You are never really ready for the death of a loved one. The Pure Cremation team provide a personal and compassionate service, they are available day or night to support you. The team stay in touch with you and make sure that you are prepared for every part of the journey. They talk about your loved one in a hugely respectful way from the minute you contact them until your loved one is returned to you. An absolutely faultless service that I would without hesitation recommend to anyone. Our consultant was Rachel, a wonderfully kind person as was anyone I spoke to during the process.”

“I needed to change Cremation arrangements quickly and contacted Pure Cremation they were brilliant they arranged things with no fuss, did everything I could have asked and made things simple but perfect. They were very polite, considerate and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone at this difficult time.”

“From the initial phone enquiry Pure were really kind, respectful and professional in their service. Dad died in hospital and Pure collected him and returned his ashes a couple of months later.”

“Very impressed with this service, I admit I was a little apprehensive as its a different concept, its what my dad wanted and had arranged. Well I was so glad he did, it took a lot of stress away from us left behind, staff were compassionate and so very helpfull from the 1st call to the day he was brought home. I would definitely recommend pure cremation”

“What amazing service. Everything we could have wished for from pre-paying for the plan, the amazing service when calling to notify of the death of my dad and the incredibly respectful drivers. We were notified every step of the way and felt it was personal, despite the nature of pure cremation. The ashes were returned to us this week, and again, we were so grateful for the wonderful service shown by the driver. It has made it easy, private and taken away the trauma of a funeral service. Thank you all so much.”
