“I found your service very profesional and helpfull at a very difficalt time I had the piece of mind that just a phone call to Pure and every thing was taken care of. The collection was also prompt and the gentlemen that came were very careing and reasuring.”

“My 94year old Dad had chosen Pure Cremation as he didn't want 'a lot of fuss'. I paid for it then sadly a week later passed away From the moment he passed in an amazing local community unit to his ashes being returned home I was thoroughly impressed. Debbie W was wonderful, explaining what to do, how the process and the paperwork works. She was the sensible practical help I needed at the time. When we spoke she was supportive kind and empathetic. Thank you so much to all your team from the drivers who collected dad to Rachel who brought him home. Will definitely take this option myself ......but not yet hopefully !!”

“Was extremely sceptical about using a service like this initially. But I have to say everything was handled with compassion and professionalism. From start to finish we were informed about each step and nothing was rushed. We were able to celebrate the life of our loved one with dignity and surrounded by her family and friends at a separate time and gave her the send off she truly deserved.”

“Pure cremation acted with compassion and professionalism while dealing with my mum Mary Procters cremation. I was kept informed about how they would pick her up from the care home and take her to her resting place until her cremation. The delivery of mum's ashes was done in a most respectful way, the delivery driver wore a uniform that looked realy smart and professional and she gave her condolences, which was much appreciated. I felt mum was dealt with dignity and respect throughout. Thankyou for your care of her.”

“Was dreading arranging a funeral for my mum, it had played on my mind for years I absolutely hate funerals it makes me so sad. So when I was told by the palliative nurse that she only had about 24 hours left to live I got in contact with pure cremation. They were absolutely brilliant, such lovely people spoke to Debbie a few times who guided me through some of the procedures you have to do after your love ones death. Can’t fault them. Ryan brought mums ashes back to me this week and came in and had a chat. Everything ran smoothly and saved me from a lot of stress. Would highly recommend, thank you pure cremation for everything you did, you made it so much easier for me and thank you for looking after mum .”

“We have been very happy with the service we received from Pure Cremation. We were not aware our aunt had taken out a policy so when we discovered the paperwork and contacted them, all the people we spoke to were very kind and very helpful. They explained everything in full and told us our options. They kept us informed all through the process of what happens next and were very careful to ensure we understood.”

“I would like to say thank you to the Pure Cremation Team for being so kind , efficient and supportive on dealing with my brothers final wishes . He’d asked for Pure Cremation but was taken from us earlier than expected and hadn’t had time to arrange. On making a call arrangements were made and everything explained to me from start to finish in detail , then e-mailed to me as it’s hard to process at such a sad time . Thank you Debbie for all your help and kindness on dealing with my questions , and to Christine for being so lovely on bringing him safely home .”

“I did not like the cereal box in a bag for life ! My mum came home in !!!! The delivery lady had no clue what she was doing said she had a mans ashes when it was my mum who passed away Charged me extra to collect my mum too from hospice Not happy with this service appalling”

“This was not a pre-paid plan. I organised my daughter in law's cremation on behalf of my son as he was engulfed with paperwork as well as having to return to work having had a fair amount of time off to care for her. Pure Cremation were amazing, their understanding of the situation, guiding me through the process and answering all my questions. What I really appreciated was the care I felt at this traumatic time. Communication throughout was personal and heartfelt and my thanks are enormous. The outcome of this experience is that I and my children will be signing up with Pure Cremation.”

“At a difficult time, Pure Cremation has delivered exceptional service. Mark and Sarah collected my mom and showed nothing but respect. It gave us peace of mind that my mom was in good hands. Then Danielle contacted me to keep me updated on the next steps and she was so warm and lovely. Again very respectful. Then another Danielle brought my mom home with sincere condolences and respect. It has been a straight forward service but the respect and sincerity have been excellent. All who have dealt with us have been fantastic and made my moms passing easier for us. 5 stars for all my family.”
