“From start to finish I have been impressed with the communication provided. I was kept up to date on throughout the whole process. Each person I spoke to was not only very professional but also kind and understanding .”

“Pure cremation was a very lovely and informative team. They were very respectable of our relative and took great care of him from the time he was in their care to the time he came home. When my relative was coming home I was informed the whole time with dates at times and was hand delivered by one of your lovely team and even then he was treated with the most up right respect upon hand over.”

“Pure cremation were fantastic, this is something my mother had chosen, I was skeptical at first but the service they gave was amazing. There were some issues with the hospital and Pure Cremation dealt with this professionally, courteously and respectfully, sorting the hospitals (I will Irritate NOT Pure Cremations issue) on their behalf. Every phone call was full of compassion and understanding. Definitely something I would recommend for those who just want a quiet end.”

“They supported me arranging my brother-in-laws arrangement with understanding and respect step by step inflammation couldn't of used a better arrangement he was brought back home to us by personal courries there the most understanding company and help with anything you do not understand constant calls from them which was very supporting i would not hesitate using them again ❤️”

“I will certainly reccomend Pure Cremation to all my family and friends. I was treated with with dignity and I was kept informed of each stage throughout. My husband's ashes were returned to me on the agreed date by a very sympathetic member of staff. I cannot fault Pure Cremation.”

“My elderly uncle passed away very suddenly and sadly he had only 2 close family members and a couple of friends to attend a traditional funeral. Unfortunately, only a year ago, as executor I had to arrange a Pure Cremation for his sister which she had already paid for in advance. I found the whole experience then and now, a smooth easy process with every member of staff I spoke to being professional, kind and compassionate. We chose the ashes to be hand delivered back to us. They were brought in a decorated biodegradable container to the house by a lovely lady called Liz who stayed for a short chat. His remains will now be scattered alongside his mother and sister. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as an alternative to a traditional funeral. People talk about it being cheaper or less fuss. That may be true but our decision was made purely because as people get older not everyone has a large crowd of nearest and dearest to attend a service.”

“First class from start to finish. I would definitely recommend the service of Pure Cremation. This was the most difficult time of my life losing my beloved mother and although it as been so tough for me the help, support and understanding from Pure Cremation have made this process that little bit easier. I would also wish to extend my heartfelt thanks to the lovely kind and compassionate lady who returned my mothers urn to me, I'm sure her name was Audrey but please except my apologies if I have got your name wrong as you can imagine I'm not taking everything in at the moment. She travelled all the way from Hampshire, spent at least 30 minutes with me that allowed me to speak so fondly about my mother. Thank you again and thank you to all at Pure Cremation Ltd ❤️”

“The customer service was excellent. They do everything for you and you get a weekly welfare check from the same person you initially spoke to on your first call to them which is a nice touch. You also get weekly update on the situation in regards to the cremation. They gave a date and time for the delivery of my dad's ashes and they were there on time. Perfect service.”

“I am giving you 5 stars because that is what your service was The staff were polite, explained what was all going to happen and made me at ease . When she was to be cremated, I was given the date , so me my family and friends all raised a glass at a time we all agreed on ,a week later i received her ashes in a beautiful container Thank you all very much Jim Glover”
