“During the recent loss of my partner i cannot recommend Pure Cremation enough from the collection of my partner to the safe return of his ashes i was dealt with nothing but compassion from all the staff and the compassion to which they treated my partner.”

“I honestly can’t thank Pure Cremation enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed during such a difficult time. From the very first contact, everything was handled with kindness and respect. They made a heartbreaking process feel so much more manageable, guiding us step by step and always being there to answer questions—no matter how small. Nothing ever felt rushed or impersonal, which meant so much to us as a family. The simplicity of the service was exactly what we wanted, but that didn’t take away from the dignity and care shown. When my mum was brought home, everything had been handled beautifully and with such respect—it really meant the world to us. If anyone is considering this type of service, I would wholeheartedly recommend Pure Cremation. They truly go above and beyond to support families when they need it most, and I’ll always be grateful for how they looked after my mum. Thank you for everything 💙”

“The staff at Pure Cremation were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They guided me, with care, kindness and patience during the whole process of arranging and delivering their excellent service. Any questions I had were answered straight away, with explanations I understood. I was kept up to date with every step of the cremation process and the ashes were brought back to me personally by one of their team.”

“Pure Cremation provided an exceptional service. My Mother's death involved a few complications and delays, but nothing phased Pure Cremation and they remained understanding, helpful and proactive throughout; they kept me updated at all stages just as they promised that they would. I cannot fault the service, in terms of what they advertise and what they provide 'they do exactly what it says on the tin', no pun intended. Absolutely 5 Stars.”

“We sorted a pure cremation for my father in law. It was easy to sort and the staff were great. When it came to informing them he had passed,they were very caring. We had one contact throughout the time from they collected dad upto the cremation. John was very helpful as this was the 1st time we had gone through the loss and arguments of family. John walked us through and we had a number for him incase we did have questions. John informed us of the date of the cremation and that we would here from a member of the team within 4 to 5 days after to arrange dad to be brought to us. A lovely lady brought dad ashes and she was so nice and I must say very good at her job.”

“if I could give pure Cremation 11 out of 10 I would, from the start picking up my father-in-law peter within 2 hours of us ringing them the private ambulance turned up both the driver and the lady were very smartly dressed very very respectful ever made the bed and lay a flower on it once in the van they both stood at the back heads bowed for one minute came to check if we were ok then drove very slowly down the road ,then I had another call checking if andy and me were ok and from then on I received a call to keep me up dated and that was the lovely Danielle,then once they received the death certificate they rang with the dated of the Cremation and ashes returned within 3 days by a lovely man called les .. the whole thing was brilliant so caring so very kind and very professional 👏 were so impressed me and my hubby are taking one out ... so a big big thank you to all at pure Cremation outstanding ❤️ bev”
