“My wife arranged a Pure Cremation in the hope that it would save her family anguish, but sadly it added to it. She passed away in the Saturday at 1710 and I did not get to say good bye to her, she was picked up from Torquay and taken to Andover nobody informed me that this had happened, I had to ring around to try and find where she was. I asked Pure if I could come and say goodbye they said that they do not have that facility but I could pay for a comittal, which I did, no service just looking at her coffin. I want to say that all the staff except for one were extremely kind, the one kept referring to her as my mam even though I corrected him. This may be a cheaper option financially but emotionally it is very expensive, I’m still struggling, I’m aware that it’s only been one month. Would I recommend this NOT A CHANCE.”

“The Doctors took time to to the death Certificate' but pure cremation got it sorted' then after that it took two weeks for cremation and delivery of the Ashes' the people who picked the body up were fantastic' then Wendy handled the rest really caring' in such a stressful time' Just a message to people your doctor has to issue the Death certificate before pure cremation can go.ahead. Excellent service 👏 highly recommend”

“We recently purchased a plan for a terminally ill relative, who subsequently died. My wife and I already have Pure Cremation plans in place, so it was helpful to be able to see, at first hand how the arrangements work in practice. From the moment I called Pure Cremation to notify them through to the delivery of our relative's ashes to our home, the service was faultless. We were kept informed at every stage of our relative's journey, by staff who were caring and considerate, a high quality level of customer service that is seldom found anywhere these days.”

“What can I say - absolutely faultless, from start to finish exactly what my husband wanted and more. They communicated with me at every part of this process and kept using my husbands name when referring to him rather than the deceased which was such a wonderful touch. Bringing him home was also such an experience - I will most definitely be recommending to anyone that asks and I will be using them myself when the time comes. Can’t thank you enough for all the care that you gave him and me through the worst time in my life. Thanks again you were truly amazing - all of you”

“Everyone was very kind patience and helpful. From the moment we made the call shortly after my mum passed right up to her handover back to us. It was obvious it was not just a call centre somewhere. She originally wanted a traditional send off but once we explained she would not be “posted back to us “ she wanted something dignified and not costly so we could give her a send off in our own time and choosing.”

“Once I started the processing I dealt with very kind people, you are allocated one person who you can contact at any time. Whilst my brother and I don’t totally agree with my mums decision, it was easier with the people I spoke to. A negative was the person I did speak to before I started the process was very unsympathetic and did make me ask what has my mum done and should we pay for a funeral.”

“From start to end pure cremation was brilliant We didn't have a plan in place but rang them they gave us a price and with 4hrs they had come for my mum to take her to chapel of rest. Staff on phone was calm and reassuring explained everything in detail. Staff who came for my mum was smart very polite asked us if we needed anything and if we would like to follow mum out to the vehicle they explained what will happen we took mum out and when she was loaded into the vehicle it was nice seeing them bowing there head in respect. Communication with getting mums ashes was brilliant they said a date and times and how then would keep us informed if anything changes. Thank from me and my family”

“Outstanding Care from Start to Finish From the very first contact to the final arrangements, the care provided by Pure Cremation was truly outstanding. The team showed genuine compassion and professionalism at every step, making a difficult time so much easier to bear. They handled everything with such sensitivity and respect, ensuring we felt supported and informed throughout the entire process. “I was very apprehensive has this was the first ever pure cremation that i had attended. I was so pleased that we chose them thay made the complet experience so easy every step of the way. I was kept inform, from the pick up of my husbands body to the day of the cremation, and the returned of the ashes. Everybody was so considerate to my feelings, and what I was going through. I would throughly recommend any one who are thinking of doing a Prue Cremation to find out more, I am sure they will not be disappointed in choosing them.”
