“Right from the point of passing Pure Cremation made everything so simple at a time when we all needed ‘simple’. When we came to scatter the ashes, Pure Cremation arranged it so my Dad could be with my Mum . We were allowed to scatter them & the surroundings were beautiful. Trees, flowers, birds, rabbits & peace. Just what they would have wanted. They were in good hands.”

“The service was easy to use and straightforward. There was a few dates I asked not to be contacted on regarding the cremation and I was contacted on my husband's birthday only a week after he passed which was a date I wished not to be contacted on. There were a few problems with the gift card being sent to a wrong email because of the spelling. However the customer service over the phone was great. Not so much when dropping my husband ashes back home. The lady who arrived was here for 2 mins max. Everything went smoothly with the communication on behalf of the hospice he was in and pure cremation.”

“The payment should include PayPal, would make things more easea, when atempting to use my card I was blocked, so I had to unblock it was a lot of hsle, but the service was OK. Thanks”

“The whole experience ive had as been great . Only down side the cremation box . I dont think they are at all nice . And me and my son are now having a buy another urn . Especially when I paid £25 for my mum to be split . Had I known she would of come in a massive box I wouldnt of paid for an extra urn as they are not nice to look .”
