“The service provided was 5*. Kept informed throughout and staff able to pick up where a conversation with another had already taken place, without having to unnecessarily repeat things during an upsetting time. Staff all polite, knowledgeable and empathetic. The two gentlemen who came to collect our dear friend, treated the situation and my mother with the utmost kindness and respect. They were amazing. Would have no hesitation in recommending Pure Cremation.”

“The service we received from Francisco was very professional, courteous, compasionate and understanding for Dad's passing. We were kept informed at all stages and knew that Dad's wishes were being honoured for him to be at rest in the memorial gardens.”

“Absolutely amazing, it is a very hard time in your life when someone does, pure Cremation where so supportive and took all the pressure away. They kept me updated at each stage and amazing staff. When the ashes were delivered, the lady was so kind to my mum, offered to make her tea and sat with her for a bit. Very caring.”

“Firstly I would like to thank Gail for being so kind and supportive, she really is an asset to your company. I would recommend Pure Cremations to anyone going through this difficult time. The hard bit is not being there for the final goodbye, so we decided to go to the beautiful garden while the cremation was happening which was very helpful to me (apart from it being the wettest and most miserable day). We will return in the summer! Thank you Pure Cremations for lightening the heavy load”

“We cannot fault the service we received. The whole process was extremely dignified and we were extremely grateful that a private undertaker was sent to collect my mum from home. Leaving the rose on my mums pillow made me cry. Just thank you”

“My auntie recently passed away and she had arranged for Pure Cremation to oversee her arrangements and commital. Being honest, I had no idea what to expect but from my initial contact until her ashes were delivered to me at my residence, I could not have asked for more. Pure Cremation literally sorted out everything whilst at the same time keeping me fully informed. The staff I spoke to were always excellent, empathetic and supportive...thank you to Pure Cremation and everyone involved.”

“From the beginning to the end, service was very good, regular, clear, precise communication, guiding us every step of the way. We received accurate information with regards to the procedures involved. Because we were away first week of June, delivery was rearranged to accommodate. My only criticism would be when the Ashes were delivered back to us, they were presented in a shopping bag which we felt wasn’t the brightest of ideas. The Staff member carrying out the delivery was very nice and considerate, I don’t think this issue was even considered to have been thought of as being slightly inappropriate. Overall, very satisfied.”

“Right from the point of passing Pure Cremation made everything so simple at a time when we all needed ‘simple’. When we came to scatter the ashes, Pure Cremation arranged it so my Dad could be with my Mum . We were allowed to scatter them & the surroundings were beautiful. Trees, flowers, birds, rabbits & peace. Just what they would have wanted. They were in good hands.”

“The service was easy to use and straightforward. There was a few dates I asked not to be contacted on regarding the cremation and I was contacted on my husband's birthday only a week after he passed which was a date I wished not to be contacted on. There were a few problems with the gift card being sent to a wrong email because of the spelling. However the customer service over the phone was great. Not so much when dropping my husband ashes back home. The lady who arrived was here for 2 mins max. Everything went smoothly with the communication on behalf of the hospice he was in and pure cremation.”
