“I found both members of staff that I spoke to so helpful, friendly and compassionate. They really made sure that I understood everything. They made an extremely difficult task straight forward. Communication throughout was excellent and I couldn't fault the service I received. Thank you for carrying out my dad's final wishes. I would definitely recommend Pure Cremation.”

“Unbelievable care, compassion and understanding. They kept me totally informed at all levels. Completely stress free and professional which made an awful situation somewhat bearable. How my mum’s ashes were handed back was completed with utter respect and consideration not just for her care in their hands but also for the care and consideration towards me. “In a very, very difficult time for me following the loss of my partner in a car accident, I cannot speak highly enough of the sensitive and helpful service provided by Pure Cremation. They kept me fully informed at every stage, gave me the option to decide what information that I wanted, liaised with the Coroner, and providedd an excellent, excellent service.”
