“Found dealing with them very easy and the people who collected my Mum and delivered her ashes very respectful. The only criticism I have that I would be told the date Mum’s ashes would be delivered by a phone call, this did not happen all I got was a email the night before and a tracking email on the day, this is makes it feel like an Amazon parcel not a loved one. I did get a phone call when they were in their way however. Also never received the gift card unless it arrived at my mothers address after it was vacated”

“Everything went as we had wanted to be. Very polite staff on phone letting me know what was happening. My wife's ashes arrived on time , thankyou to everyone . My wife is now at rest in our lifelong friends wood.”

“They where so gentle in every respect. They took care of both Neil and l. The path both of us had to go down was so painful, but they helped us both . I myself could not have done without the support they gave me. Thankyou”

“My wife passed away in April 2025. Pure cremation were very good on the phone..as my wife died in the early morning at home the funeral director could not come straight away as to were we live..the cremation and return of her ashes was as they had said..cannot recommend them high enough..and thank you who were involved..”

“I cannot fault the company over their handling of the cremation of my stepmother. Once I had informed them of her death they did everything efficiently and with dignity. They kept me informed about every step being taken from collecting her body from the hospice, her being driven to Andover, her cremation and when I would get the ashes returned. The whole process worked like clockwork and took less than 3 weeks.”

“My mother wanted a simple farewell and Pure Cremation offered that. Reasonable price and excellent and efficient service. Cannot fault anything. We were able to attend the crematorium in a small room with flowers, music and photos and we could have up to 12 people to say goodbye. I would recommend Pure Cremation if you want something simple for a small family”
