“I called and made arrangements at about 3.30 am. Every single person I spoke to were amazing. It was the first time I personally had to this for my best friend. I was called/emailed at Evey turn. If I had issues I could call anytime. I had already decided to have this for myself when the time comes. I am 💯 now. I cannot fault anyone. I have told everyone not just how easy it all was. But, also how caring and helpful every was to me. You all need medals. Toake one of the hardest times in people's lives that much more bearable. Thank you all ❤️❤️❤️”

“Me and my mum used pure cremation as my dad passed away. We are very pleased that we did as they handed everything thing and they kept us in contact every step of the way. And let me know when my dad will be returning home. So thank you all at pure cremation”

“I was a bit worried when mum decided she wanted a pure cremation but the service was first class delivered back to us respectively and now we can reunite her with my dad and celebrate them being back together thank you to the kind team from start to finish very dignified and respected empathetic and professional staff thank you from the bottom of my heart x”

“I was very pleased with the help recieved upon phoning to inform you of our loss through to the time of collecting Evelyn and the two men who handled the whole situation for taking her away with care and compasion to how we were feeling. Pure Cremation handled the complicated situation that occured with her having to go to the coroner for some reason which we still can't understand why; however, it was requested so had to be done. Unfortunatly this took a long time to sort out which I'm sure this was all extra work for your company. I did phone up the Coroner office to ask why this was not carried out earlier I was told the post mortem would take place on the next day from when I phoned which would be the Tuesday and expected to hear back from Pure Creamation to say she had been collected, by when I phoned you the following Monday was told that the Coroners had not sent the necessary documents through, then I had to go back to the Coroners office and they said it had been sent on the Tuesday, I had to call back Pure Cremation and was told they had not recieved it but then they phoned me back and said it had been found it. So I felt a little bit of a lapse in the official dealing with the transfer information of the documents within Pure Cremation to say she was clear for the cremation. Eve returning back home was arranged very orderly and was done again with thought and care for the delivery of her ashes, very tastefully done in her decorated biodegradable urn which also came in the bag which continued the theme of care. Overall the experience of dealing with something I have never had to do before was a lot easier with the help and understanding of all who work there at Pure Cremation. Thank you for making it an easier journey to arranging one of the most horrible jobs having to be organised.”
