“A very smooth, sympathetic, efficient service from Pure Cremation Ltd. All stress of arrangements taken off my hands &, come the day of the ceremony, the Andover premises were a pleasure to visit deep in the Andover countryside, very calming and memorable. The ceremony itself was faultless and the casket for my mother very tasteful. Thank You to all at PC & recommend their services to anyone. Sincerely, Carlo Roberto”

“I cannot praise Pure Cremation highly enough. Before Mum passed away their service was simple, easy to understand and professional. However, once Mum passed I can honestly say that your staff have been wonderful. Everyone I have dealt with was sympathetic and easy to talk to; from the lady who took my first phone call to the delivery driver who brought me Mum's ashes. Absolutely outstanding service from beginning to end - thank you.”

“Faultless experience.from making the first phone call to the final day they brought our family member home after being cremated.they even did the paperwork for us to take him back home to Tenerife. Cannot fault the whole stress-free experience Thank you for making our loss so much easier than we thought it would of been.”

“From the first emails with questions to the return of my mother's ashes, every single person with whom I had contact was polite, helpful, kind and utterly professional. This has been and still is the worst time in my life so far but it is very clear mum was in safe hands. Thank you for your genuine care.”

“My husband and I discovered Pure Cremation many years ago and realised they provided a service we had been wishing for. We never wished to have a Funeral Service, rather a Thanksgiving/Memorial Service. My husband had Motor Neurone Disease for over a year before he was about to die. Thankfully he was admitted to Sue Ryder Hospice in Cheltenham, where after amazing, loving care for nearly a week, he died peacefully. Thankfully, Sue Ryder Hospice already used Pure Cremation when wished, and we were so relieved. I could have attended the Cremation Service they would arrange, but I did not wish to. A few weeks after my husband's death, his Ashes were delivered to me at home. Throughout this period, very compasionate people had spoken to me several times before and after my husband died, and all arrangements were made on my behalf. I cannot recommend Pure Cremation highly enough.”

“Outstanding,kind words over the phone ,truly professional and communication 100%. Although sad times me and my family felt valued and my Husband had planned it to be cremated with no one attending - however, we still arranged a farewell service with his ashes, music and tributes The amount of people who commented on how they found the whole idea truly amazing and gave them some thoughts to do it the way we had chosen Thank you - and the price was slashed by 5k that the undertakers quoted!”

“I have nothing but praise for Pure Cremations. Once they had been contacted by the nursing home I was contacted by a lovely lady who asked the questions and then told me I would be contacted by a named person for further information and details. I spoke with the gentleman from then onwards and he kept in contact with updates. They even rang after the cremation to make sure everything had gone ok and I was alright. The gentleman who returned the ashes to me was a lovely man and very caring and also informed me that they were on the end of the telephone if I had any questions or needed help. Very professional and caring in every aspect and they did all the hard work which made life so much easier when grieving for a loved one. I chose to have a service as I needed to say goodbye to Mum, they arranged all of that including asking about music etc. I would recommend Pure Cremations and I know both myself and my husband will be going with them.”

“Pure cremation was so nice, my mum past away 5 wks ago today, at home with me and my 2 daughters who washed and dressed her once she passed and the 2 men that came to collect my mum were so lovely and they gave us some time with her before she went on her last journey. Racheal the lady who was looking after us was also lovely! Even the man who brought my mum’s ashes was so kind and gentle. So I will tell everyone I know about this service and how lovely everyone at pure cremation are.”
