“Thank you for delivering my sister back to me.i was a little put out when i seen the guy pull up outside my home to remove the ashes from the side door of the van and then get into the van to place the ashes in the purcremations bag.i do think this should have been done before delivery.”

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, it was our honour to return your sister back home to you. Each person’s identity is checked and confirmed at numerous stages during our care, including a final verification immediately prior to the final preparation for transfer to loved ones, and placement in the soft bag that we use. We are sorry that this final check was not performed as discreetly as it could have been and apologise for any distress that this caused you, but hope that this explanation has been helpful. “I found Pure Cremations to be kind, friendly and very helpful. Everyone I spoke to was lovely. Despite one or two hiccups because of the pension provider being slow paying me Pure Cremations were very patient and kind to me. I'm going with them for my cremation, but preferably not yet.”

“I have just had my husbands ashes brought back . Every thing was straight forward .pure cremation kept me informed every step .when ashes were returned they were treated with respect lovely driver . I would highly recommend pure cremation .stress free”

“A very positive experience , my husband was terminally ill , we booked pure cremation during covid . Myself & 2 sons wanted to be there just prior to my husbands cremation , this was to be about 30 miles from where I live but the waiting list was long , we decided to go down to Andover , to say our goodbyes , then visit friends in Chichester where our sons were brought up the to Hastings to visit family & where we were brought up . Our experience at the crematorium was perfect ,l loved the simple pine coffin , I had requested some photos & letters be put in my husbands coffin , this was done , & we had chosen 3 pieces of music , the lady at the crem was lovely , My husbands ashes were delivered to be by a very nice gentleman who lives in Cheshire, , we chatted for a little while , the container with the ashes in is decorated with a very pleasant picture of trees , & he explained about the ceramic disc that it is fire proof & had been attached to the coffin. The whole experience was delt with , with kindness , & I thank all people in your company who helped me Maureen wilson”

“I was recommended Pure Cremation from someone who highly rated their service. It was completely new to me & initially have to admit to being unsure about choosing this option. I have absolutely no regrets. The team were very supportive & understanding whilst remaining professional at all times. The procedure was made clear & I was updated at every process either by a phone call or online & sometimes both. There are some documents to complete online but this is relatively simple. At a time of coping with grief I found this service greatly eliminated the usual organisation of a traditional funeral. My son wanted a simple no fuss service & Pure Cremation did exactly that. I would recommend.”
