“I cannot thank pure cremation enough for the amazing support and service everyone gave me. It wasn’t easy dealing with some members of my family but pure cremation put a password in place only I knew. Thank you for looking after my mum.”

“Our father had arranged a cremation with Pure Cremations some years ago. After he passed away in hospital, the representatives there were wonderful - explained everyting thoroughly and kept us up to date as the process went along. Thank you - I highly recommend.”

“I would like to say I found your customer services team were pleasant and very helpful and friendly. A gentleman who was called Zac was so helpful and friendly with my husband who passed suddenly. I was given the most important thing of what would happen next. Information was easy to use.”

“Good service everything explained in detail which is very helpful at a time when you need it most. The lady who returned my brothers ashes was lovely she knew just what to say and also when it was time to leave and let us deal with things in our own way.”

“The best customer care and service I have experienced on a long time, from first contact with such sympathy, through to excellent, timely and accurate communication, and a very personal level of service and dedication all the way through to the return of ashes being hand delivered. Pure cremation conducted services for my dad and then my mum who passed away 2 weeks apart and they were incredibly supportive and gave me so much less to worry about. Angella in particular was especially helpful so thank you”

“i found pure cremation so reassuring & careing at one of the bleakest time in my life !. the registrar was messing about ,even though over a month later i do not have a death certificate ,my husband is home with me.”

“From the moment my Mum passed at her Care Home Pure Cremation led the way with their sincerity and caring which made me and family so very grateful. “This was the second time of using this wonderful company. I can only describe their service,from initial contact through to the final delivery of my loved one's ashes as exemplary throughout; there is literally no aspect of this process I could identify where improvements could be made. I'd particularly like to single-out Patricia who undertook the 'final journey' with my Mother's ashes,both for her professionalism and profound empathy. In Avery difficult time for our family, Pure Cremation have been steadfast, supportive and warm”
