“I have been very impressed with Pure Cremation. The whole process has been very efficient and I was kept I informed at all times. The representatives were compassionate and professional when dealing with matters relating to the deceased person. Would thoroughly recommend this service.”

“After my Mum sadly passed away, I looked after the arrangements she made with Pure Cremation. It was obviously a devastating time for me, but they were so empathic and understanding. I want to give a special thanks to Isobel, who was there for me when I cried, told stories about my Mum, and cried some more. I don't know how they do it to be honest. It takes a special person to talk to people in the depths of grief every day so that they can honour their loved ones' final wishes. Thank you for everything you have done for me, and my family. My Mum would have been happy that you took care of here, and me.”

“I must admit, I was a bit dubious about the idea of no funeral, but it was what my mum wanted and I'm glad I followed her wishes. It took that added extra stress away from me and allowed me to come to terms with her loss in my own time. Being able to use that time to revisit favourite places, and share memories was very special. Throughout all of this, the team at Pure Cremation kept me updated on their process and progress. They were thorough and professional from the outset and put my mind at ease straight away. I will be choosing Pure Cremation for my final journey.”

“I choose Direct Cremation as it was what my late husband had requested. I chose Pure Cremation as it had the best reviews. The service received was great, however I had to chase up the Coroner as Pure Cremation left me a voicemail asking if I had heard from them? I called the Coroner office and they stated they had sent the response days ago. I asked them to send again and called Pure Cremation and told them that I had done this and they confirmed the paperwork had just been received and that I should not have chased them up - but why leave a message asking if I had heard?? Other than this they were professional and kept me updated throughout. My husband was returned home by hand delivery and Callum was lovely and ensured I had everything before he left. I would also like to suggest that you ask what container cover you would like for the Urn. Thank you for your service. I recommend PC for Direct Cremations should you need this kind of service”

Dear Ms Peowrie, Thank you for this feedback, which is truly valued. I can see from our records that we contacted the coroner on several occasions requesting the necessary paperwork needed, however we had no response. On occasion, we know that the family get an update before we do, so like to check in and see whether they have had any updates while we await a response. We are sorry that this took so long to reach us and we are always as pro-active as possible when trying to obtain the legal forms. We do not allow families to choose the urn photo wrap, as we cannot always guarantee that particular options would be available to us at the time of need. Kindest regards, Mia

“Paid upfront for my moms funeral , as she lives in a care home and they required a plan just incase of death . Advisor I spoke to was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. Highly recommended them .”

“Was kept informed of every step of process, Kingsley was kind, patient and caring in all emails. Spoke with advisor on phone who dealt quickly with our wishes. Ashes were delivered by a wonderful gentleman, who kept me informed if his arrival time and who carefully returned my dad and offered kind words. Pure cremation was my dad's choice as he didn't want any fuss after his passing, I think he would have been happy with how everything was handled. Thank you so much.”

“Right from our first contact with Pure Cremation we were impressed by the professionalism shown by the staff. We felt our Dad was in good hands and being dealt with sensitively. Dad's ashes were delivered to me as agreed again in a very sensitive manner. I would highly recommend Pure Cremation to family and friends. “I didnt think much of it when my Dad organized this, but I am so grateful he did, it is so much less painful than a funeral. I am very happy with the service we received, we were kept informed at every stage as to what would happen next, and everyone I spoke to (especially the first lady who rang me, wish I could remember her name) were all very compassionate, understanding & respectful, it can't be an easy job. The whole process was very smooth & trouble free, thank you”
