“Had both decided before hand that we would each have a pure cremation. Unfortunately my Husband beat me to passing on first. Very professional hadn't sorted any thing out before hand. So was amazed how quickly everything was sorted. Can't fault the service and compassion that was shown to our family. Many Thanks.”

“Once my husband was in their care they were very respectful. At each stage they communicated with me. When the ashes were due to be delivered Pat rang me and gave me an estimated time of arrival, she arrived well within the time and was very kind and explained everything about the ashes and the paperwork. Would recommend!”

“I would not hesitate to recommend Pure Cremation they are perfect in what they do they dealt with my partner's funeral they always keep in contact with you. I have worked as a Funeral Arranger too so I know which I would prefer!”

“Although I wasn’t happy with my father’s decision to go with Pure Cremation, I respected his choice. I was informed all the way through, which was helpful and most important to my family. I’m not sure I would choose this, the need to say a proper goodbye is overwhelming, grief seems endless without an attended funeral. Cost effective I’m sure, my father didn’t want a fanfare, just something simple. Pure Cremation has for filled his wishes.”

“A few weeks before my mother died in early April, we checked through Pure Cremation details online. We called them on the day my mother died and found the whole process very simple, easily organized and reassuring. The two men who came later to pick up her body were kind and respectful. We were then kept informed throughout - from being called to confirm that the correct paperwork had been received to setting the date of my mother's committal. All went smoothly and we received my mother's ashes 4 weeks later. We celebrated my mother's life in a gathering of family and friends a few weeks later. I would recommend Pure Cremation and friends I have spoken to, have decided that they are interested in using them in the future. The only minor negative comment I would make is that on the day after my mother's committal (a Saturday), it was very late when I noticed a call had been made to me that evening (~8pm). My initial thought was something was wrong. When I rang the next morning, it was just to confirm that the committal had gone through as planned. I would hope, in the future, for a little more consideration of when might be a good local time to call.”

“My mother made her arrangements so can't comment on the setting up of her plan. When Mum died Pure Cremation was supportive and informative, they dealt with everything seamlessly. I decided to have a memorial service and made arrangements not worried about mums ashes being present but when arrangments were being made to deliver Mum to me the memorial came up in conversation Meachela (the lady assigned to me) did her very best and got mums ashes back to me in time for the memorial. A huge thank you to all.”
