“My late father paid and arranged what he wanted, which was Pure Cremation. From the very beginning they were continually in touch and informed me every step of the way, and informed me of a time slot re delivery of the ashes, and this was kept to, not always the case these days! The lady who brought the ashes to me was most respectful as were all the staff, but she is the only one I saw in person. She was most professional and respectful. Thank you so much everyone for being so considerate at what is a difficult time. I have bid farewell to the last person whom I have known all my life. Robert Rowland's daughter”

“Without a doubt, Pure Cremation did an excellent job of dealing with my mother's cremation. From the moment she passed everything went as explained. The efficiency and speed of removing her from the care home to the return of her ashes there were no issues. I would be happy to recommend anyone who is considering Pure Cremation for their services to not hesitate to contact them. A big thanks to the personnel who deal with families at such a time.”

My dear late father didn’t want us in black crying at a service for him and although hard to let him Go your amazing customer service assured us he was well looked after in safe hands until You brought him Back home. “Dad had been diagnose with cancer in 2022. He decided there and then that he wanted Purecremation to deal with his funeral. I phoned purecremation on Saturday 3rd June this year and explained dad was end of life and set up a plan. Unfortunately on Monday 5th June dad passed away so we had to get things in motion rapidly. Everyone I spoke to were absolutely amazing putting me at ease with what was going on. They got the ball rolling and when all paperwork was in place dad commital service took place on Friday 16th June. Dads ashes were delivered to me on Tuesday 4th July. Would recommend them to everyone they were so good and always friendly and calming”

“I lost my dear friend Peter who I knew for 22 years to a massive stroke. He was in hospital for five days before his condition got worse. I was with him when he died. Peter was 88 and a lovely man to know. He helped so many people in his life. I was in deep grief and sorrow. I could hardly speak for two days after Peter passed away. It will be years before I make any kind of recovery. My first phone call to cremation pure was heart breaking for me I could hardly get my words correct on what had happened to Peter and me. I was met with deep compassion and dignity speaking to a nice lady in what was to me the most traumatic phone call I have ever made in reporting a loved ones passing. In what was the start of many phone calls to and from cremation pure I was always kept informed of every single event concerning Peter. I was told when they collected Peter. When the cremation was and what time it was. Cremation pure was always polite to me and understanding of my sorrow and despair. I had selected to have Peters Ashes returned which was fulfilled exactly as they promised. Callum who brought the ashes back was very nice to me and kind I brought him inside the home to show him photos of when Peter was alive and he was very understanding of the situation. I thank him for his kindness. The Ashes were returned with dignity in a lovely biodegradable box with picture of woodland all over it, the presentation was wonderful and I am looking at them now as I write this. Also returned as promised to me was a small red heart which Peter had in his hand when he passed. This to me was just as important as the Ashes and again as promised it was returned to me intact and in a lovely small cotton bag. Nothing but kindness and understanding was shown to me by all the staff at cremation pure. I thank them all from my heart. I know that Peter would have been very pleased with the service provided. Last but not least I believe that all the staff at cremation pure went above and beyond the call the duty in helping me come to terms with my terrible loss of Peter. I am still very much in grief it's been only five weeks since Peter died May 31st 2023 it's now July 7th but I had to write this so that it may help others understand how wonderful cremation pure is not just dealing with the person that has passed away but also helping the ones left behind.Thank you from William”

“I would thoroughly recommend Pure Cremation to anybody wishing to avail themselves or their family of this type of cremation. They dealt with the whole situation with sympathy, tact and feeling and I would like to thank everybody concerned - especially 'Alex' (from Manchester) who was always informative and responded perfectly to the changes in my reactions and feelings. I would add that following this interaction, several other family members have decided to use Pure Cremation in the future and I think this is the best compliment that they could be paid. Thanks once again”

“I have been acting for a Neighbour who sadly recently passed away. The service I have received from Pure Cremation has been excellent. I have been kept informed, had regular calls and everyone has been extremally friendly, helpful and sympathetic. In my opinion, an excellent and professional service and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to have cremation in this way.”

“Extremely helpful from when we initially took out the Plan until Ashes were delivered last week. There was always someone to speak to and pass any message on to our primary contact. We chose to hold the cremation in Hampshire where we were very happy with the reception we received and the order of events. I cannot thank Stephanie Canning enough for her guidance through such an emotional time. Whilst not appropriate for everyone where numbers are low due to limited relatives able to attend this was perfect for our family.”

“what can I say about Pure Cremation Ltd other than they are in most fantastic firm ever I'm so so glad that I went with pure cremations they've done a wonderful job with my husband they took real good care of him and they bought him home safe thank you very much from the bottom my heart I really really do appreciate everything you've done for us. She asked me to take a look as she'd decided that she wanted a simple, fuss free alternative to a traditional funeral.
