“We found Pure to be so professional and thoughtful , it was a fantastic service all the way through . Would highly recommend and will be telling my children to use them when I peg it , thank you Pure very much”

“The staff were most caring and considerate when speaking to me initially and everything was explained clearly. I was also kept informed throughout the process. My mother didn't want a funeral and I can highly recommend Pure Cremation for their impeccable service.”

“Excellent service, they make a difficult time so stress free. The staff are so friendly & sympathetic they the event, keeping you informed at every stage. This is the second time my family have used Pure Cremation &, although there may be cheaper options out there, I doubt any would match the standard of service delivered by Pure Cremation. I’ve now set up my own plan knowing that my passing will be handled with the dignity we all deserve.”

“From the moment of ringing them the first time it has been awful. Waiting time on phone is long, you never speak to the same person. They sent the wrong documents 4 times, they don't ring back when they say they will. I was constantly ringing them. The final touch of insult was a van turning up with 'Pure Creamtion' emblazoned on it and the delivery man telling me to ' have a good day' .No empathy, all fake false words. Would like contact from CEO please.”

“Every single member of the team went above and beyond to talk through concens and reassured my family. Was exceptional service provided. And the crematorium site and staff where outstanding. Cant rate them enough. We will definitely be using this service again.”

“It was my husband's wishes not to have a traditional funeral, so he chose Pure Cremations. I was a bit dubious at first, but can not fault them at all. Carried out with dignity and respect. Ashes were delivered by a lovely man who explained everything I needed to know. Thank you so much for helping to ease my grief, at this sad time.”

“We have recently used this service and have to say they were compassionate and sensitive while we talked with them. They were also professional and kept us informed every step of the way. This is also an excellent service to use if you have only a small budget. We were also given a card saying they had planted a tree in memory of our brother in law which we hadn't expected.”
