“We have recently used this service and have to say they were compassionate and sensitive while we talked with them. They were also professional and kept us informed every step of the way. This is also an excellent service to use if you have only a small budget. We were also given a card saying they had planted a tree in memory of our brother in law which we hadn't expected.”

“Wonderful and respectful customer service from start to finish during a difficult time. A special mention to Clare who bought my dad home to me in Shropshire. It was a pleasure to meet her and she made what I thought was going to be a tough experience into the complete opposite. Five stars all round and I know now that I’ll be using Pure Cremation myself when the time comes. Thank you.”

“Hi,sadly this is the 2nd time in 2yrs I have used pure cremation,and I can honestly say I would highly recommend and also I would not use anyone else to sort out things on this terrible time…I am very greatful for the support they gave me through out everything,and kept me in the loop at all times with everything that was going to happen…..many kinds thanks to you all……kind regards linda….”

“When my brother passed away recently Pure Cremation looked after us in a very sympathetic and professional manner. We were able to scatter his ashes in his favourite place and to celebrate his life without a religious service, which was what he wanted. Thank you.”

“My brother recently passed away, he lived in Surbiton, I live in Devon and his daughter lives in Switzerland. We are a small family therefore Pure Cremation was ideal for us. I was impressed with the service everyone was polite and sympathetic and everything ran smoothly. The gentleman who returned the ashes was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend Pure Cremation.”

“This company is beyond extraordinary in every aspect. Every person I spoke with was sensitive, kind, considerate, patient and deeply sympathetic regarding the loss of my darling husband. They had time for me, answered all my questions and I could not have wished for more wonderful people. The whole procedure was seamless and everything went exactly as they told me it would. The delivery of my husband's ashes was done with care and love and i now have a special friendship with one of the lovely ladies in the team. Please people - use this company if you want THE VERY BEST IN SAD CIRCUMSTANCES.”

“From the start to the finish of this process, they were impeccable. No matter who I spoke to when I called, they were kind and respectful of the situation and very personable. Good communication to keep me updated with their progress too, so I didn’t have to chase or feel that things weren’t being managed. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble - even when discussing small but important details such as the covering I wanted for my mums ashes container. Highly recommend Pure Cremation.”

“Very good service that did exactly as they said they would. This service spared us the trauma of a funeral, watching the arrival of a coffin. This service enables you to leave you with your own thoughts and then being able to do with the ashes as you wish. As a family, we thank you.”

“In the past 5 months I lost both my dad & mum . It was made easier on both occasions as they had made their own decisions about what sort of cremation they both wanted. Dad had pre paid for both & stated what he wanted. As we are a small family & neither were religious they didn't want t any sort of service. Pure cremation have been excellent, very professional & super support, especially since dad was a sudden death. Thank you so much.”
