“I was so happy that all the stuff needed by the Law was delt with. And we where left with the ashes so that I can do as my wife wanted. me and my friends and family can be there at her final resting place.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Danielle was amazing and so helpful on the phone when we originally made contact. She then kept in touch every step of the way letting me know what was happening and when. When it was time for my Dad’s ashes to be returned Rick rang in the morning to give a rough idea of when he’d arrive - he was great and so respectful. I would highly recommend the service it perfectly met our requirements and was exactly what my Dad wanted - thank you so much”

“I have unfortunately used pure cremation twice in the last four months once for my step dad and once for my mum, I found them to be very caring , and listened to my wishes , the lady Nicola who brought my mum home is a credit to pure cremation, she listened and was able to give me lots of reassurance when I became upset”

“I thought everyone I spoke to at Pure Cremation was very respectful. I liked how they kept me updated at each stage and even the terminology of "your mum is now staying with us" once she had been collected from the hospital was nice, at a very stressful time.”

“Having had no plan in place at recent death of my wife , spoke to Pure who kindly set one in place immediately . They came to address at which wife was resident at 2130 hrs approx to collect her . Kept me in touch with each part of operation as we went and delivered her ashes back to me as arranged . I would thoroughly recommend service as second to none . All staff helpful friendly and extremely good at their job . Many thanks for superb service”
