“Mum had organised Pure Cremation for when the time arose. When it happened I was called in Australia, where I reside. The team were very helpful and showed real compassion. It was a seamless process. The ashes were hand delivered to a relative and they said how lovely the lady who delivered them was. The urn was just beautiful. A big thank you to all at Pure Cremation who made my Mums wishes simple and respectful.”

“My mum & dad both chose pure cremation as they thought it was a good idea so we didn’t have to take control & the cost of sorting out their funerals. They passed away within 18months of each other & at first when they told us,us siblings were taken aback slightly as we thought it was weird that we wouldn’t get to have the tradition funeral that we’ve grown up going to & give them an emotional but decent send off,but that was their choices to make. I have since changed my mind 100% & can honestly say that even though it is ‘different’ to the norm,it’s actually been fantastic from start to finish & there’s nothing stopping us now all having a get together with the family & giving them the send off they deserve & honour what they both wanted us to do with their ashes. I can say with hand on heart at this very difficult time that Pure Cremation have been nothing short of fantastic all the way through. From the moment we shared the sad news to the moment they brought our parents ashes back. They were all so kind & understanding & made the whole process as painless as it can be. I can’t praise them enough,the communication we received - to them actually following through on their promises with all the dates arranged they have been top class. If I hadn’t already paid for my funeral plot when my wife past away at 38 years old,I wouldn’t hesitate in using them for myself. Absolutely first class people & first class service. I cannot thank them enough.”

“Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The team are very helpful, and kind. They explained the process and what would happen next. You get a dedicated team member to call with any queries you may have. It is a stress free process. Dad was brought back to me and in my own time he will be scattered in his favourite place. Thank you pure cremation x”

“Pure Cremation were fabulous from start to finish. The empathy and dignity they showed when taking my mom was outstanding. They gave us time to say our goodbyes and were so respectful. On moms return I was shown great kindness and given time to chat about mom and her wishes. It meant a lot at a very sad time. I feel they went out of their way to get mom back to us as soon as they could as they were aware of an upcoming birthday. I would like to thank them for that.”

“My first time of using pure cremation and I would recommend highly. If you want all the stress of organising a conventional funeral taken away it’s for you, you can then organise what you want for your family to celebrate your loved one passing.”

“The service that Pure Cremation provided for my mum was beyond excellent. People answer the phone straight away, very sympathetic and courteous. Paperwork all sorted online and you do not have to spend a fortune with there plans which once paid for never increase. It also takes less time than trying to talk to funeral directors, where you might have to wait a long time.”

“My dad had bought a Pure plan years ago and died recently. Everything was explained thoroughly and my assigned member of staff, Lisa, was very helpful along the way always keeping me up to date. The ashes were delivered by hand, very respectfully done and again, full explanation of how to open the container for scattering. Excellent service all round.”
