“Pure cremation was amazing when my husband passed they rang me to keep me informed of what was happening and they were kind and thoughtful all the way through the process. They hand delivered his ashes which came in a lovely urn thankyou so much for all your kindness you showed me and keep up the good work you are amazing”

“Even though the weather (snow) stopped them picking mum up, they arranged a local undertakes to help, it was stress free and handled with respect. We were informed all the time what the time lines were and how things were proceeding excellent service .”

“I rang Pure Cremation today to discuss a Funeral Plan. I spoke to a lovely representative called Tia, she was professional, thorough and very kind, everything was explained to me in a manner that was respectful and easy to understand, allowing me time to ask questions. Thank you Tia. I know I have made the right decision to take out a plan with Pure Cremation.”

“Pure care, understanding and compassion when you need it the most. After losing mum, I had no idea what to do but the team at Pure Cremation walked me through it at every stage. Mum was collected within a few hours and is being taken care of at the hub in Andover. I know my family are not happy with Mums wishes not to have an attended funeral, but I am so overcome with thankfulness on the way it has all been handled that I will definitely be booking this for myself. We hadnt even had time to set up a funeral plan. Nothing was too much trouble though, and getting your own customer care person that you can speak too when you need something has taken the stress of arranging a funeral away from me, I haven't had to chase my tail at all. Highly recommended. Thank you so much x 💖”

“I booked a funeral on the 20/2/25 for myself and two members of my family. I spoke to Kelly and she was very professional and very helpful and helped us to sort the plans out. It was very easy to do and now we can get on with our lives knowing that it is all sorted out for each of us when the time comes”

“During the initial phone call to Pure Cremation they had a nothing is too much trouble attitude. They were helpful and attentive and very quick indeed to send their invoice straight after the booking. I wrote down everything they told me contemporaneously. Firstly they assured us that we could have my late fathers informal name on the urn. When I double checked this after payment they said that was not possible and had to be his formal name. Once I was given a committal date I was then told that I would be informed once the committal had taken place. This did not happen and when queried I was told this is not something they do. When finally given a date for the ashes to be returned I was told that I would be contacted the day before with an AM or PM time slot. Again this did not happen and I had to contact them. They said as it was a Sunday the department that deals with emailing delivery dates was closed. I insisted they contact someone senior regardless of it being a Sunday and to call me back the same day which they promptly did. I have since learned that although they used to email an AM or PM time slot that management have now stopped that useful process of advising the grieving families of the return time slot of their loved ones ashes. So, initially impressed but that diminished slowly over the forthcoming weeks. They need to pay more attention to detail at such a difficult time for families.”

“I have been very pleased with the service I received from Pure Cremation, from the initial telephone call, to the return of my mother's ashes. The people at Pure Cremation with whom I have dealt on the telephone, have always shown compassion and understanding, and have interacted with me in a kind and sympathetic way, making me feel at ease, and that my mother was being cared for. When the ashes were returned I was telephoned twice that morning, to keep me updated regarding the progress of the journey. My loved one was looked after and returned to me in a dignified way. Thank you to all involved.”

We have carefully selected the ashes container for its strength and eco-friendly features, along with a design that allows for easy scattering of ashes and includes our unique ceramic identity disc. The material used for our urns is biodegradable, enabling the urn to be interred in the ground. Families are welcome to provide an alternative urn, and we will gladly transfer the ashes into their chosen container before returning it. We value your feedback and will work on making this clearer for families, ensuring they know exactly what to expect.
