“I am very pleased that we took out a Pure Cremation Plan for my mother in law. We had looked into it and she decided that was what she wanted. Cost was a factor and she also didn’t want us to worry about arranging a funeral. The process is excellent and simple. Staff are helpful and I would recommend to others.”

“Very efficient service, lovely staff, I was in the Caribbean on holiday when I needed to contact Pure Cremation, it is a difficult time under normal circumstances, let alone being so far away. Julia was the lady I dealt with mostly and was so understanding of my situation, I can't thank her enough for being so reassuring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pure Cremation. I also thank all staff for there very efficient service.”

“Poor cremations was the best thing my uncle and aunt ever bought i am there niece and they didn't give me an headache worrying about there funnel it is the best thing anybody can buy and then your family can arrange a day or night to celebrate your life xxxxxxx”

“Excellent Service from start to finish, given we had a few problems at the start from the care home dad passed in Pure sorted it all out for us which took a lot of stress and anguish from us. We had regular phone calls with updates and more importantly the date the ashes were due to arrive with us was completed with dignity and compassion. Myself and my partner also have a Pure Cremation policy and after experiencing first hand how it is all handled we are more than happy that ours will also be deslt with by them.”

“My experience was as the only living relative of my second cousin, who had a Pure Cremation plan. I dealt with all the arrangements involved with my cousin’s hospitalisation and subsequent transfer from a care home to a nursing home, where my cousin died. I live in Suffolk and my cousin was in Exeter. As the sole executor, I had a lot to deal with, but not the funeral arrangements, which was a considerable help. Shortly after my cousin's death, I had a call from Pure Cremation. Their representative was respectful, giving me all the information required concisely. The process took a little while, from the death on February 8th, to the ashes being delivered on the March 12th. However, some of that delay was caused by my registering the death in Suffolk rather than Devon. One can do that, but only the county where the death occurred can issue the Death Certificate. There were a couple more telephone calls and a few emails, but Pure Cremation took care of everything. There were two minor issues. The cremation was unattended, but I was under the impression that Pure Cremation would tell me when it was happening. They didn’t do that. Not that it made much difference, but I was a little surprised. The other very minor issue concerned delivery of the ashes. I was told that I would receive an email allowing me to track the progress of the person delivering the ashes, and that did not happen. However, Pure Cremation gives one a four-hour window the day before, and the person who delivered the ashes called me on the day, giving me a one-hour window. That was perfectly acceptable. Pure Cremation plans are very suitable for anyone who does not have relatives who can make arrangements for them, or someone who wants to make their passing less of a burden on their family. Equally, the service is ideal for anyone who does not want a formal funeral and/or a religious service. Overall, I felt the service was efficient, effective, and respectful.”
