“My husband died suddenly and I was concerned as to whether I would have the funds due a funeral. After discussions with family and friends I decided to use pure cremation and I am so pleased I did. It took all the worry out of organising a funeral and the cost”

“I chose PC as I felt it appropriate for Auntie due to circumstances. After the upset of losing my auntie I was looked after so very well and kept in the loop of what was going on at all times. I asked a question which was fully and respectfully answered that day by return. I have now decided to use PC for myself to ensure my living rekative has the stress-free time I have had. It REALLY DOES make all the difference at this sad time. Thank you x 1000”

“Right from the first telephone conversation with yourselves you were compassionate and caring ,thinking of me all the time. I cannot fault any of your staff on any level . I would like to thank the whole team for taking care of my mum. The return of mum to me was dealt with compassion and understanding of my loss. Thank you again 💓 Michael cox”

“Chosen by my father and we were not happy at first, but now - I’d do the same! We were supported by Gail in Glasgow who made everything simple for us. She was super helpful, caring, gentle, her communication was great. They picked dad up virtually the same day. They spoke of how he’d be cared for at every step. I was kept informed of cremation date, when it was complete and when he’d come home to us. A lovely lady called Pat, at Knutsford, hand delivered him, came in for a chat and even called me back later that day to check I was ok. A few days later I’m informed by post that a sapling will be planted in his memory… Superb experience which has completely changed my view of this type of plan. You made a truly difficult event bearable. I would highly recommend. Thanks so much…”

“My Dad passed away on a bank holiday Friday, he had purchased a pure cremation package so I gave them a call within an hour of his passing. I have all the details they asked for and was told that once the GP had certified the death they would send a private ambulance out in about an hour. It took another hour for the GP to come out, and then I called them back. They said they would call me with an eta on the private ambulance. 45 minutes later I called them back and was told someone would call me soon. When someone finally called back I was told due to the bank holiday there were none of the private ambulances they owned free, so would have to use another company they dealt with called eterna, and it wouldn’t get to us until 9pm that evening. My Dad passed at 10.45am and wasn’t collected until almost 10pm on a hot day. They had come all the way from Liverpool and to be fair to eterna they were very respectful and lovely with my Dad. They advised us he would be taken to their facility in Liverpool and then transferred to the pure cremation site on Tuesday due to the Monday bank holiday. We weren’t happy about that but there wasn’t much we could do, and it had been a very long day. I called them on Tuesday afternoon to see if he had been transferred and he hadn’t and they weren’t sure when he would be arriving. I told them what we had been told and insisted I be called as soon as they had him there, which was thankfully later that day. It took 3 more days to receive the date of the committal and again I had to call and chase it up. I get it was unfortunate that my Dad happened to pass on a two bank holiday weekend, but we weren’t happy left waiting at every point and I was constantly having to chase them up. I really wish we could have had an easier experience at a very hard time”

“All went very smoothly. Pure creation were easy to talk to at a very difficult time. The people who came to collect my relative were patient and kind. All communication about the return of ashes was clear and efficient. I would highly recommend.”

“I found Pure Cremation to be stress a free way to say goodbuy to my loved one, In the knowledge that she was treated with the upmost respect. Having to go through two traditional funerals in the last three years one of which was my own daughter the thought of going through that again would have been a painful experience, Pure Cremation took that stress away. Plus all the people I spoke with were very sympathetic and understanding”

“From the beginning to completion,I was informed every step of the way by courteous and sympathetic ladies,and the lady who delivered the ashes had the time to console me and offer support and suggestions. i cannot recommend them enough.”

“Very helpful and respectful, kept us informed throughout. When they came to collect my father who died at home they were very respectful. When they brought my father's ashes home they kept us informed as when they would be arriving and again he was treated with respect. From the people in the office to the gentleman who collected him and the young lady who brought him home you couldn't have asked for better.”
