“I phoned in November 2024 to enquire. I decided not to use their services. Im still getting phone calls even now which i find upsetting as my Mother passed late November. I've since blocked the number but only today I recieved another automated message. I don't feel this service should hound people due to the sensitive nature”

“The service provided by Pure Cremation has been of excellent quality , kindness and effciency with the slight exception of our initial engagement where on two occassions the information previously provided couldnt be located and we had to reprovide . That said everything else was handled with great respect, sympathy and business like effectiveness. We are very satisfied with the service provided and will be happy to reccommend Pure Cremation to anyone.”

“Very good service ..friendly and professional people who picked my husband up, took him to Bury st Edmunds ..staff were lovely always ready for a chat, Husband came back to us in a lovely lavender container and he's sitting in the summer house house he built now awaiting new pastures to rest in ...even off to Australia ..xxxThank you for your great service ..xxxxx”

“My Mother recently passed away and I called Pure Cremations late evening , they were super polite and very compassionate throughtout the process. They collected my mother a few hours after the call and the 2 guys that came to collect her were very respectful and caring. I can honestly say, that the entire process was stress free for me, all the staff were very sympathetic, compassionate and kindness on all levels. I also liked that during this difficult time ,they went through the process step by step and followed up with emails and calls and kept me up to date with all the process. I then chose to have my mum's ashes brought back home to me, which was all included in the cost. The entire process from my first call to the cremation was amazing and made life so much easier for me during this very sad time. I would highly recommend Pure Cremation to anyone who wants a very professional and affordable service. Thank you”

“It's hard navigating the practical issues at a time when your head is full of emotions and not understanding what the process is when a relative passes, but Pure Cremations were so kind and helpful from the first phone call at an ungodly hour of the morning (sorry!) right through to the personal delivery of the ashes. Friendliness kindness and understanding helped to make a difficult time so much easier.”

“This company is just outstanding in it's field, i literally cannot find any faults whatsoever! They are a market leader in customer service & at a very bad time in ones life they are just so sympathetic but in the correct manner, i intend to set up a future funeral plan for myself going forward because i am that impressed.”

“My wife passed away recently, I contacted Pure Cremation to inform them, they were very compassionate to my feelings, I told them she had passed at the hospital, I was given a personal contact who would see me through the process. At each stage I was informed, when my wife had been collected and in their care, when the committal would take place and when it was done, Informed I would receive her ashes in about twenty one days, they were delivered within twelve days. The lady who delivered them was compassionate and respectful to me and informed metat she had been treated with dignity and respect throughout the process, putting my mind at ease. I would fully reccomend Pure Cremation.”

“Buying the cremation was easy and efficient. The member of staff was very pleasant and had an appropriate tone. Everything was made clear to me. On the day of the bereavement when I contacted Pure Cremation, that’s when I took issue with their provision. The member of staff asked me if I was alright: I thought that was inappropriate. I was sent a form to fill in with electronic signatures. When I returned it, I was then told it had to be live signatures and they needed to change the template. I had to do it all again and scan in the relevant pages. At such a sensitive time that’s not acceptable. It was also not acceptable not to be told this when the form was first sent. I asked the member of staff if there was anything else I needed to do as I was clueless. I was assured that was all. Three days later when I saw the solicitor his first question was whether I had contacted the registrar: I had not because of what Pure Cremation had told me and I had noticed a section on the registrar on their form. I should have been told to contact the registrar. There are staff training issues here. Thereafter, the service I received was good and professional. Staff were very helpful when I contacted them and kept me informed. The man who delivered the ashes was very pleasant, though the container looked like a cereal packet: I would have preferred an urn shape.”

“A really respectful and comfortable service to use.Everything seemed to be low key and unfussed and yet was smooth and efficient, any request was dealt with calmly and quickly. I fail to see how they could have done better.”
