“I was very satisfied with Pure Cremation my sons ashes were delivered by a lovely lady who checked and double checked to make sure I got the right ashes, also got a letter with them, thank you Pure Cremation.”

“My grade would have been 5 stars but for the fact that it was my late wife's wish that she could help MS sufferers by donating her brain stem and spinal cord for research. This was made plain to Purecremation and stressed that she had to be put in cold storage within 4 hours - however her body was not picked up for 10 hours so the removal of body parts was not possible. Apart from this the service I received was first class - i was kept informed at each stage of the process so that was excellent.”

Thank you for your kind words and feedback in relation to your Wife’s arrangements with us. While we always do everything we can to accommodate any form of donation where we are aware this is someone’s wish, sometimes this is not possible given the circumstances around someone’s passing. I can see that as soon as we were informed of your Wife’s passing, although her death had not yet been verified, we attempted to contact the MS Society to understand how we needed to proceed in order to accommodate the donation. As they were unavailable at the time to provide guidance, we then made the decision to bring your Wife into our care as soon as verification had taken place. We are sorry that we were unable to help accommodate the donation on this occasion. Kindest regards, Olivia

“I'm so pleased I used Pure Cremation to deal with my late Uncle's funeral. From the initial contact with them, all the staff have been so comforting and caring, always kept me updated with information and reassured me that I could call them absolutely any time if I needed to. I was so impressed with the service I received, they even returned his ashes to my home, (180 miles away from where he lived) all "part of the service" Cannot thank them enough for everything.”

“My Dad was an atheist and did not wish to be in a religious setting with hymns and religious verse. The excellent service provided by Pure Cremations allowed us to create our own remembrance event without too many tears or heart ache which worked out really well. The staff were amazing from the first call right up until receiving Dad's ashes. I was always kept up to date with the process from start to finish. I could not recommend them more. Thank you.”

“All staff I spoke to were very helpful and understanding. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that I had requested to be told when the cremation had taken place but I ended up ringing after 5 days of not hearing (however, I do appreciate that this was during Easter). Would undoubtedly use Pure Cremation again should the need arise.”

Dear Kim, I agree that communication fell below the standards that we usually deliver, and I offer my sincere apologies for this. I can see that our Agents did reach out to you on multiple other occasions throughout the process, and it was explained why we didn’t contact you prior to your loved ones collection, again this is due to collection dates being provisional but we do contact the family once the deceased is in our care. On the occasions we didn’t get through to you we left voicemails and emails were sent to keep you in the know of what stage your father’s care was at. “A Pure Cremation was our mother's request. It was arranged six weeks & one day before she sadly passed away. We did not realize we would need the service so soon. To be honest I was extremely nervous/worried about making the initial phone call. However, upon speaking to Ryan he made me feel at ease immediately. Everything was explained to me in great detail & all of my questions were answered. We had some requests ie, cards, photographs & some other sentimental items we wished to be placed with my mum. We were told this would not be a problem. I also requested the date of the cremation. I was informed in plenty of time to arrange a family meal on the day & we let off balloons with messages attached. From the moment my mum passed until we received her ashes, the communication was amazing. I cannot put into words how they made a very difficult time more bearable. A fantastic service with amazing empathetic staff. I shall be having a Pure Cremation myself (when the time comes) & will be recommending the service to other family members & friends. In my opinion Pure Cremation is second to none.”
