“I wasn't sure what to expect not having a "standard" funeral, but it was what dad wanted. The service from the first call, to collecting dad from home a couple of hours after he passed, to every interaction has been done with dignity and respect. Thank you”

“I’ll start by saying I’d never heard of pure cremation and the service they offer. I’d always thought a funeral was a funeral. However my mums wishes were a pure cremation and I can honestly say they were an amazing company, the helpfulness and kindness they offer was beyond the work I’m sure they offer. To Jan who I delve with you was the most soft spoken lady ever and you made the most traumatic time of my life a very easy transaction , I’d highly recommend pure cremation and there service they offer from the first phone call to my mums ashes being returned to me, hand delivered by your company and not a courier, you outdone yourself with the service. Thank you again.”

“From the time my daughter phoned pure cremation.just after my husband passed.They were very nice and pleasent on the phone .right the way throw untill i received my husbands ashes back persanly by Pat to my house .could not fault any one at all.very careing.”

“From my first phone call to receiving my husband's ashes, Pure Cremation were there to support and help. The staff are polite and respectful. “I cannot say how much we valued dealing with Pure Cremation at what is such a challenging time. All communication was speedy, polite and accurate. When the ambulance came to collect my father the team handled it with such care and kindness. Returning Dad's ashes to Mum was also handled extremely well. I will be planning my own send off with Pure Cremations. Thank you to the whole team.”

“For me Pure Cremation was the right choice for my husband's funeral. I was able to 'send him off' exactly as we had planned without any of the stress and anxiety of a traditional funeral. It was lovely. Everyone I dealt with at Pure Cremation was helpful, kind and considerate throughout.”

“This is the second member of my family that has been looked after by Pure Cremation. I honestly cannot thank everyone I have communicated with enough. They are consistently supportive, understanding, sympathetic, professional and kind. I know that my sister and my Mum were treated with respect and care from the moment the lovely staff who were taking them into Pure Cremation's care to delivery arrived at the house, to the of their ashes. “I lost both my parents in less than six months of each other. They had already arranged a plan with Pure Cremation, it was very straightforward for me to deal with. The staff were very kind and compassionate. The gentlemen who returned my mums and a few months later my dad’s ashes, was so lovely, very kind and had time for me. I had a lot to deal with no help from family and my parents must have known this and wanted to try and make things a little easier. Pure Cremation was the right decision, kept me informed and rang or emailed me every step of my parents last journey.”

“Me & my husband bought a Pure Cremation plan over 5yrs ago. Going to many different types of funerals & cremations, we decided that none of them was for us. Just recently we nursed my Dad, knowing that he didn't want a funeral and him saying what we had done was a great idea I phoned and arranged a plan for him. In less than 48hrs I was putting Pure Cremation to the test. From the very first call, We found them very friendly and professional. On the day of his death the team was very compassionate and talked about what was going to happen next. I was kept informed all the way. They arrived with in a few hours to collect him, nothing was to much for them, and gave us the time we needed. They phoned and emailed me all though the time they had Dad. EVERY ONE was patient and friendly. He was returned to us very peacefully. Nothing was rushed and they gave us all the time needed. With other family and friends seeing how Pure Cremation operates, they are now arranging their funeral plan with them.”

“The two gentlemen who collected my mother were extremely professional and very polite, I had a designated person to contact at anytime, she left me her direct line and email which was extremely helpful. Her ashes were returned by a designated driver who was very reliable and very accurate with his timing of delivery, when he arrived he was very respectful and very chatty and polite . Thank you for a really good experience .”

“I had Pure cremation for my brother and they were very profesional. Keeping me informed of when they had him safe in their care, when his commital was and when they would deliver his ashes. This was done with dignity, treating me like family. I would like to give my heartfelt thanks to Dawn who was my point of call and to Dave for delivering Steves ashes with compassion .”
