“It was such an easy process from beginning to end. They handled everything, all the worry and stress was taken away, and everyone i spoke to was so caring and compassionate, i knew Mum was in safe hands. I honestly couldn't fault them, and we can't thank them enough for making what was a heartbreaking time in our lives, so much easier to deal with.”

“My dealings with Pure Cremation have been mixed, The communication from them has been good, keeping me updated with the process along the way. When my stepmothers ashes were returned everything was fine and very respectful. However when I had cause to contact Pure Cremation on the telephone number I had been given, I had to go through an automated system whose first options were trying to sell or dealing with enquiries regarding buying a pure cremation plan. This I found very frustrating and annoying but someone else who was grieving could have found this extremely upsetting. I feel Pure Cremation should has a dedicated phone line for people who have already purchased a plan and need to talk about actual arrangements of funeral without being subjected to sales spiel.”

“Excellent service from arranging the funeral plan for my mum to the delivery of her ashes. 5 star service. I would recommend pure to everyone even if they already have a plan.when contacting by phone their team are so compassionate and caring. The gentleman who delivered mums ashes was so caring for a very emotional time.”

“I contacted PURE Cremation after my brother died. I wasn't sure how it worked. They explained things to me very helpful and very understanding so we went ahead with them. They kept me informed every step of the way from when they were picking my brother up from the hospital to when my brother was in their care and told me what day he was being cremated and then organised for his ashes to be returned to us . The gentleman that returned the ashes was so lovely and I would recommend this company very highly as I have no complaints only gratitude . I have also informed my family that I want them to use PURE Cremation when I pass away”

“The service provided was efficient, staff were respectful, and it was all done with care. I would definitely reccommend. My only comment but not criticism was when the initial contact it sounded like I was connected to a call centre as there was a lot of noise in the background. Being hard of hearing it was difficult to concentrate at such a sensitive time.”

“Each and everyone of you that I have spoken too in the last few weeks have been absolutely brilliant. You made the entire process from the initial contact when my dad passed away right the way through and including delivering my dad's ashes back to us. “I cannot thank pure cremation enough for taking care of my wife and keeping in contact and then returning her ashes back to me and the young lady who brought them back was very caring and understand all together I would advise anyone to have a pure cremation a big thank you to all at pure cremation”

“I can't speak highly enough of Pure Cremation, every point of contact with them was reassuring & whatever question I had they were so quick to respond & not just empty promises. I had total faith in them & when deciding to get an urn instead of their own I was given guidance on size required, where to send it & what to include. The Cremation was taking place close to my mother's birthday & as a surprise to my father as they'd not been apart on her birthday for 56 years I wanted my mother to come home on her birthday & Pure Cremation made that possible!! We will always be grateful to them for making the worst time of our lives that little bit easier!”
