“Very pleased with the overall process using Pure Cremation. Both my wife and I have Plans, but she went first. The original purchase of the plan and communications were seamless. When it came to needing it, PC were very good and sympathetic with their communications, and I was kept up to date at every stage of the process. I respectfully received the ashes a couple of days ago, just in time for her Celebration of Life. Thank You.”

“Everything was handled very kindly and efficiently. The only criticism I have is when my Husband's ashes were returned to me the procedure could have been done with more warmth.”

“From beginning to end the service we received was exemplary, professional and most of all compassionate. Everything was explained and all our wishes were adhered to. We were kept fully informed each step of the way and the lovely lady that delivered the ashes back was just amazing, even giving me a little hug goodbye. Outstanding service. Cannot thank them enough.”

“So impressed with the service, care and sensitivity taken when dealing with my Mums care and cremation. I felt they took very good care of her and delivered Mum’s ashes back with solemnity and respect. The only small critique was I had to chase up when Mum would be returned back home, but that was answered same day and with an appreciated understanding of why I’d chased. Excellent service overall and would definitely recommend.”

“My experience with Pure Cremation is one of calm, reassuring and handled with sincerity. I would recommend this service because of the communication which allowed the family to mark the date of internment together. “My wife and i both took out a policy at the same time not thinking we would need to use them .unfortunatly my wife past. Pure cremation was so easy to contact and were very calm and professional but simpathetic . Everything was done professionally and with great respect for my wifes body. We were contacted about every stage of the plan and didnt have to do anything and were handed her ashes back when they said they would. I dont worry about when my time comes as i know Pure Creation will take care of me leaving my family to grieve with no worrying about funeral arrangements.”

“I wasn't sure what to expect not having a "standard" funeral, but it was what dad wanted. The service from the first call, to collecting dad from home a couple of hours after he passed, to every interaction has been done with dignity and respect. Thank you”

“I’ll start by saying I’d never heard of pure cremation and the service they offer. I’d always thought a funeral was a funeral. However my mums wishes were a pure cremation and I can honestly say they were an amazing company, the helpfulness and kindness they offer was beyond the work I’m sure they offer. To Jan who I delve with you was the most soft spoken lady ever and you made the most traumatic time of my life a very easy transaction , I’d highly recommend pure cremation and there service they offer from the first phone call to my mums ashes being returned to me, hand delivered by your company and not a courier, you outdone yourself with the service. Thank you again.”
