“I was very happy with the service provided by Pure Cremation. I chose to pay an additional £250 so I could attend my partner's committal together with 5 other family members. I was so glad it was available for us. It was lovely to personalise the informal service and for it to be in such an intimate but very respectful setting. I felt the staff at every step of the way gave me time to talk through processes and support me as I was grieving. Thank you.”

“My mom didn’t want a traditional funeral so we chose Pure Cremation. They were wonderful. They kept us informed what was happening at all stages and were very courteous on the phone at such an emotional time. Moms ashes being delivered to my front door was such a lovely personal touch. I would highly recommend.”

“Other than the consideration of 1 member of staff at a very sad time I found the entire service provided by your company clinical and lacking in companion. I would not recommend your services to any friends or loved ones.”

“They took all the stress out of making arrangements when my mother passed away. Rebecca was in contact with us at regular intervals with any updates. When they came to collect her they were kind and showed empathy allowing us to say our good byes. The ashes were received in a lovely box. Would thoroughly recommend pure Cremations.”

“Very good service.the only fault I found was linda was hopefully to be cremated on the wed 26th Oct but nothing definite. But I had to ring a few days later to see if she had been done.aquick call would have been nice.”

“My Mother passed away 2 weeks ago. I telephoned to find out what is happening I got the rudest receptionist no off or support whatsoever at an extremely difficult time. My Son also passed away last October 2021”

“I'd recommend this service to any body they were so thoughtful always phoning to let me know how things were going which was a great comfort,and the service of bringing my mums ashes to my house was outstanding the gentleman who delivered mum was absolutely charming and kind,I'd like to thank them for not an easy choice to make not being there with mum more bearable because of their caring attitude.”

“Pure Cremation have been excellent throughout. They dealt with my Mums final journey and brought her ashes from Andover to Kent. Kept me informed all the time, never felt pressured.
