“Pure Cremation was a blessing to us at a time when so many other things needed our attention. They took the stress off and allowed us to focus on sorting everything else. They contacted us at every stage to update us o.n what the next step would be, and treated us with compassion and kindness. The people I spoke to on the phone were so helpful and caring and the lady who delivered the ashes to our home was just so lovely. Thankyou for helping us through a sad time by taking the worry off us and just dealing with everything from the very first call we made to you.”

“I found this company perfect in every way from start to finish .We were kept informed at every turn in a very sympathetic and caring way by all who we came in contact with . Extremely grateful for your help in lessening our load just a little . Mum was treated with dignity and respect and for that we are truly thankful .”

“Pure Cremation have been amazing all the way through the process after losing my dad. From the first phone call through to the safe delivery of my dad’s ashes they couldn’t have been more respectful and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody wanting to give their family peace of mind at a very difficult time In their life.”

“When I saw the television advert, I was interested but somewhat sceptical. However , having chosen to use their service , any apprehension was soon dispelled. Throughout they were so easy to deal with. Professional but not business like , caring but not overly sympathetic, organised but not over complicated. They made me feel as if they really wanted to make it the best experience possible under the sad circumstances. Excellent from start to finish ,when a lovely lady delivered his ashes back to me. I would not hesitate to recommend them”

“My Wife and I both took out our own Funeral Plans with Pure Cremation. The staff on the ‘phone were particularly helpful. We are both disgusted by the unwanted series of marketing Emails we have since received from this company. It has made their service feel far less personal. ;o(”

“I spoke to 2 lovely ladies Laura and I can’t remember the other ladies name but they were kind considerate and couldn’t do enough for me all the fact of going through a funeral just bring back memories where if I do it this way I can remember Paul my husband as he was and the lady that delivered Paul back home so lovely and very respectful and wholeheartedly recommend you again. It’s just been lovely thank you very much. .”

“Thank you for organising everything so efficiently, even with the tight deadline and the added pressure of having already arranged travel, the funeral, and the wake abroad. From my first enquiry to the respectful delivery of my mum’s ashes, you handled everything with empathy, care, and professionalism. “The service I received was diabolical. I asked to be kept informed by telephone throughout but the only contact I had was a voicemail letting me know that a date had been set for my mum's committal and that an email would be sent to me regarding the same and would I please confirm that the date was okay, which I did. I did not hear from Pure letting me know that my mum was in their care (although they say they sent a message... my entire mailbox disagrees (and it should have been a phone call anyway). I also did not get confirmation that the committal was going ahead until my husband phoned and asked the day before and I also was not told that it had happened. The next communication I got was from someone arranging to deliver mum's ashes back to me. This was set up and their driver phoned me on the day and informed me that she would be delivering mum's ashes back to me between 1pm and 3pm which was fine but, when she arrived, she could not wait to get out of the door. I had been led to believe that they would stay and have a chat/cup of tea. I am not impressed and very much regret using Pure. Me and my husband were going to use them but have 100% changed our minds.”

“A very professional caring understanding company! The lady who dealt with me was a true legend! Dealing with someone's bereavement is one thing, but having to deal with someone who has multiple mental health issues is another! I cant praise Lisa ( if I remember correctly) highly enough for all her efforts a true caring professional person Thank you”
