“The service given was excellent and everyone I spoke to was professional and caring. The only comment I would make is that it would have been nice to have been told the timing of the cremation as well as the date, otherwise we were very pleased with the way we were dealt with. Thank you.”

“My self and my daughter can't thank pure cremation enough for everything they have done for us on the passing of my mum they have gone above and beyond and more lovely place looked after my mum and after the cremation they delivered my nan back to my home”

“We used Pure Cremations to meet my mothers wishes, the service they provided was second to none, they kept us informed at every stage, the staff were always so polite, friendly and courteous, taking the pressure off at a very stressful time, thank you Pure Cremations and the team”

“From my first communication with pure cremation Ito let them know of my mums passing all the way through to the ashes being to the respectful receipt of the ashes at the door was perfect . I was informed and spoken to with kindness along this sad journey. I have as a daughter no complaints at all . Thank you pure cremation , we now are planning a celebration of my mums life , and it will b a happy celebration for those that knew and loved her .”

“Using Pure Cremation is ideal for our family as there are so few of us to form a choir and make a funeral service seem fitting. The facilities provided by Pure Cremation have been very easy and the staff have kept us well informed throughout the whole process from body collection, committal, and then personally delivering the ashes.”

“You kept us informed every step of the way you told us what would happen and when and things ran as you said they would right up to the delivery of the ashes by a lovely lady by the name of Pam. This service has been a lot less stressful for our family than a traditional funeral . Thank you all very much at pure cremations. Sue Martin & John”
