“The staff who dealt with us were so lovely. We weren't rushed to explain our needs or to make decisions. We felt totally supported and made to feel that our loved one was of the utmost importance to them while also being very sympathetic to our feelings. We were kept so well informed every step of the way from the first phone call right up to the day the ashes were hand delivered back to us. We can't thank Pure Cremation enough for their support, service and guidance through a very difficult time.”

“From the second i phoned pure cremation to inform them of my mums passing they gave me 100% customer care, I was very nervous an they set my mind at ease, they took care of my mum an kept me updated with everything”

“This was my first dealings with Pure Cremation. My dear friend passed and had a pre-paid plan with Pure Cremation. From the inital phone call I have been so impressed by the service. Lisa was so lovely and kept up brilliant commuication throughout and Steve who delivered June to me last Friday was so kind and respectful. Thank you so much. I would defintely reccommend Pure Cremation and shall be using you myself to save my family anguish and expense.”

“It’s what our lovely Mark Requested The whole team from contacting after passing to collecting Mark which the two guys who did this was simply caring and thoughtful To the cremation to the returning of the ashes Everyone has been kind and caring Mark got his wishes in a beautiful caring company”

“As a family, we found Pure Cremations to be very professional, and considerate. Communication was very good and the staff were really helpful, everything was taken out of our hands, which is what you need at a time of loss. When the ashes were delivered pure cremations were very compassionate towards my mum as she was on her own. I would recommend them 100%.”

“We have been so impressed with the service offered by Pure Cremation. At every stage of the process things were clearly explained and efficiently carried out. The staff were all professional and sensitive. We would have no hesitation in recommending Pure Cremation for anyone in the similar position of having to arrange a simple funeral at distance, especially with the option of having the Ashes returned to a home address anywhere in the country.”

“The only disappointment I have is when my dad’s ashes arrived home and the “urn” he was in was like a biscuit tin. I wasn’t informed of if I had a choice of urn or not and it wasn’t explained to me which type of urn we would get. It’s reminds me of a biscuit tin on its side.”

“From beginning to end Pure Cremation supported us with respect and dignity. Our appointed contact always rang when he said he was going to and kept us informed every week. At a time of sadness and grief they took away all the pressure and worry and we are extrememly grateful to everyone involved.”

“We liked the the no fuss oranisation of cremation, it was quick and effecient, competively priced and communication was good, the only slight criticism was the container the ashes were in, a plastic box, for £50 from a company starting with AM, you can get a very nice aluminium with enamel coating I would humbly suggest that perhaps it would be nice to have a choice for the urn.”

“Pure Cremation more than exceeded my expectations with a fast, efficient, friendly and caring service throughout the whole process. From my initial contact at 5.30 am following the passing of my Father through to the hand delivery of his ashes at a place and time of my choosing, I have felt respected and valued by your team. I have already recommended Pure Cremation to friends and have encouraged them to consider your Funeral Plan. Excellent value for money - and exactly what my Father would have wanted Thank you!”
