“With many difficulties to overcome nothing was too much trouble. The whole process was made easier. I would thoroughly recommend.”

“Our family had no problems with using this service , it was the first time for many of us instead of the traditional service at a crematorium, some felt it wasn't right but it was the deceased wishes and we had no problems , regular contact and I personally found the staff very helpful and sincere , ashes were returned I a dignified manor with all paperwork correct.”

“Pure Cremation were professional and courteous from the start. They kept me appraised of the process and ensured I was updated at each stage. Dad was returned to us by hand by Julie and we’re grateful for their care and attention to detail and absolute professionalism and kindness.”

“Once they got the papers from the hospital, they kept me informed where he was. They then got in touch with me when Cremation was taking place so could tell all the family what day he was being cremated. They then phoned a few days later to organise the ashes being returned. The lady who bought the ashes was lovely and we had a chat before she went about my husband. I would recommend Pure Cremation to everyone, a lot cheaper than a funeral which means you had more money to celebrate his life my funeral is already booked with them, means it is easier for the rest of the family at the end of life.”

“It is what it is ! comunication could have been better, but overall it was ok the lady who returned my dads ashes was professional caring and warm of personallity, she made the final stages of dads return bearable, any company is only as good as the people who work for it afterall.she told me that every stage is carried out with the utmost respect, which was an absolute comfort at a very sad time.”

“From the first phone enquiry I found all the staff helpful,compassionate and so kind. Nothing was too much trouble and all they said would happen actually happened again with great kindness . They informed me when my wife was 'In their care' Again they gently informed me when my wife was being cremated My wife's ashes were delivered on time and by a very gentle guy. I'm just so satisfied with this Companies service. Thank you for making this painful event so gentle and professional”

“When my younger brother Perry Wilcox passed away in October 2024, he had previously expressed a wish to use Pure Cremation. I contacted Pure Cremation by telephone, and from that first phone call to taking delivey of Perry's ashes you were absolutely fantastic, every person that I spoke with, dealt with my enquiry in a friendly but thouroughly professional manner, and it was a pleasure to speak with them all, the final icing on the cake was the gentleman who brought my brother home to me.”

“It was very reassuring to know that I could phone in the middle of the night to make the necessary arrangements for my late husband when I had got home from the hospital. When my husband's ashes were returned to our home, it was done with kindness and respect. Everyone who I spoke to was very helpful and I appreciated knowing what was happening at each stage. The process was just what my family and I had wished for. Thank you for everything.”

“On first contact informing you of my husbands death I was shocked and distressed that at no point during this conversation my loss was acknowledged:no “I m sorry for your loss” or similar. My son who was listening to this call confirmed same(I thought I had missed it maybe). I was surprised at the delay in cremation date (almost one month) and poor communication at times. An estimated date of committal /cremation was given and I was promised a call to inform me when it would be happening. This never happened and I had to ring Pure Cremation to find out. Sensitive and respectful and timely delivery of my husbands ashes however. Altogether some distressing experiences. I have commited and payed for my Cremation with you when the time comes:I sincerely hope it will be a less distressing experience communicating with you for my 3 sons .”

“Pure Cremation handled my Auntie's cremation with care and professionalism, making a very distressing time, much easier for me. The provided an excellent customer service. Their clear communication, empathy, and efficiency took a lot of the stress away from me. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering using a cremation service.”

“Professional caring supportive team. Each member of staff I spoke to used beautiful respectful languge "Your loved one is in our care now." Really put me at ease and left me with a feeling that both me and my late husband were valued. At first contact the process was explained and I was given time to ensure I was making the right choice not just for my loved one but also the family he left behind. Each step of the process explained fully. If I missed a call any staff member was able to update me; no need for me to keep repeating the same information. Stress free straight forward affordable process.”
