“From the very beginning, the people I spoke to at Pure Cremation were kind and empathetic, and they made a difficult subject as bearable as possible. At every stage they not only took care of the logistics, but were concerned about my own welfare, as the partner of the deceased. Everything was respectful and dignified, from removing my partner's body from the care home, to returning his ashes to me. At no time did I feel like they were just trying to make a sale. I have already recommended them to several people.”

“The staff at Pure Cremation were lovely, so kind ,considerate and helpful. From the first person I spoke to on the phone after Mum died at home, to the staff who collected her.Treating her and me with gentleness and compassion. I had my own customer adviser and password that made easy so did not have to go through the same information every time. No question I asked was to much trouble. The young man that brought Mum home was lovely, stopped for a chat ,not just a delivery to be dropped off. I must say at first I was not sure if going for just a cremation was the what I should have gone for or the more traditional method. Mum had been ill for quite some time,she didn't like funerals. Using Pure Cremation I'm giving the money she saved to give to charities she supported to do some good in her name.( think she would of liked that.) Once thanks to all staff at Pure.”

“A wonderful team of professional staff that help you navigate the whole process of cremation. I used Pure Cremation for my Mum who didn't want any fuss when it came to her passing and she certainly didn't want the expense; the cost was less than half of the usual fees from a high street funeral director. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants to, like us, celebrate the life of a loved one in the comfort of our homes rather than at a crematorium.”

“Well what can I say. Pure cremation were the best very helpful and sincere ❤️ with helping me with my mum's arrangements. And is very affordable too. I would definitely recommend pure cremation for an one wishing to use them.”

“I cannot recommend this company highly enough. All the people I came into contact with by phone, message or in person, were professional and had great empathy. When there was a delay in my receiving paperwork from the GP, the staff at Pure Cremation stepped in, even emailing the Practice on my behalf. Thank you very much for making this difficult experience as pain free as possible.”

“Right from the start they handled my mother in law death and cremation with compassion but were friendly and polite and professional and helpful all at the same time and explained everything and answered all my questions. They didn't rush me to pay but we as a family knew it was her final wish so they made it easy and smooth to arrange!”

“From me taking out the plan to Pure Cremation dealing with my mothers passing 2 years later the service provided was everything I hoped it would be. The initial process was very easy to do and all telephone contact was polite efficient and sympathetic. When my mother passed away all contact was of the same high standard with everything explained in a thoughtful manner. After the service the ashes were delivered according to our instructions. Everything from start to finish was excellent.”
