“I would recommend Pure Cremation unreservably.My husband died recently we had'nt anything in place.So I phoned Pure Cremation right from the start everyone was so helpful and understanding they took control, rang me at every stage of my husbands journey.The lady that brought my husband home was lovely she stayed had a chat and answered all my questions .So now I have sorted everything out for myself knowing that when I go I will be looked after and my family havent got any worries at a bad time. A Big Thank You to everyone at Pure Cremation.”

“Pure cremation's was brilliant after I lost my husband. My husband died at home we kept him home for the day had all the family round to say good bye. When pure cremation came we all said a very dignifying last goodbye to him. The guys that came to collect him were amazing very professional and very dignifying. The staff were on hand every step of the way. They informed us of the day of cremation which meant our family could have a get together at home to celebrate his life. When my Husband was brought back home to us it was by a member of staff who also very professional and dignified he offered his condolences once again. I’m going with pure cremations and am more than happy to. Thank you to all the staff and took care of my husband and myself.”

“I do not usually do reviews as you can not be sure if the review is genuine but I would like to thank everybody at Pure Cremations for all of their help at this difficult time. Everyone I came into contact with at Pure Cremations were worth the 5 Stars. From sorting things out initially to the return of my wife's ashes. It could not have gone any better.”

“Really heartbroken about this service. While the coordinator was lovely the general organisation is nothing but poor impersonal and cold, I honestly would urge anyone considering this to think about the loved ones they leave behind who won’t get a chance to say goodbye. The ashes also are returned in something that resembles a plastic cereal container. In my opinion a life a body a soul is precious and should be given the up most respect. Definitely not something I would recommend.”

We also encourage our Plan Holders to have conversations with their loved ones in advance, so everyone knows what to expect when the time comes. We appreciate your feedback about the urn. We have carefully chosen the ashes container for strength and green credentials, as well as a design that can accommodate our unique ceramic disc, confirming the identity of the ashes. However, we’re sorry this wasn’t to your personal preference. We’ve shared this feedback with the team to be considered for future changes. “I was very impressed with the service and expertise provided by Pure Cremation Ltd following the loss of my father, recently. The staff were courtious and professional at all times and only too willing to help with any questions that I had. It was also very reassuring for my father's ashes to be returned to me hand delivered by Pure Cremation themselves, a thoroughly professional service all round.”

“My brother and sister in law decided on Pure Cremation and it was an easy transaction to organise by telephone ( they don't use smart phones or computers). Very sadly my sister in law died a few weeks after it was set up. The whole procedure was carried out with the utmost respect and dignity. We were kept informed and everyone I spoke to on the telephone was helpful and kind. I feel that for relatives this is an excellent way to approach the end of life for a dearly loved person, allowing a celebration of life to take place in any form they choose.”

“This is a great idea as it stops all the heart ache with a funeral. You can do what the wishes are said by the deceased. Some people are not very religious so this is great. They where very polite and sympathetic towards us in greaveing state, very nice people and have a really soothing voice on the phone. I am very pleased with this service and the way it was handled!!”
