“Pure Cremation have been 100% caring and professional in regards to the recent loss of my father. I cannot fault any of the team and especially Michaela who helped us with a slight hiccup with my dads personal belongings....from beginning to end i have received such care and understanding and that means the absolute world to us during this very sad time! Brilliant care and thankyou to all your team!!!”

“Compassionate extra mile service The whole team were fantastic and understanding thought the service. Regular updates from Isobel was so reassuring. We had a few problems that PC dealt with for us to save us the emotional strain which was lovely of them. Thank you to the whole team especially Isobell Punter”

“At such an emotional time I could've done without any additional stress. I was given a confirmed cremation date which then had to be re-arranged due to an issue with medical papers from the hospital. Pure Cremation did apologise admitting that this should not have happened, the apology was welcomed, but for me the emotional aspect of this was too great. I won't go into full details of my experience with Pure Cremation, but my overall feeling is that I had to do a lot of the communication/chasing up which I could well have done without. On a positive note, I will say that the people I spoke with were always very respectful & pleasant. After receiving my father's ashes, my feeling is that the container is fine if you want to scatter or bury the ashes, but if this is something you'd like to keep, the container is not very aesthetically pleasing - I wish I'd been made aware of that at the beginning.”

“Great people to speak to when needed collection of deceased is prompt but cremation is a little slow and delivery of ashes if you've requested them but overall lovely people and they keep you well informed”

“What a disrespectful company, My sister who I spoke to every day on the phone was married to a very disrespectful person who I could not keep in contact with because of his attitude. He phoned me via a carer on the day my sister death and said it’s John, Jenny Dead!! I found out who he was dealing with for the cremation and phoned them and explained who I was, they refused to tell me anything, because he was next of kin, I pleaded with them that I only wanted to know the date of the cremation as we wanted to arrange a memorial service at the church where she used to be a warden but they still refused. I spoke to Charlton Park crematorium which they use and managed to get a date but when they asked who I was they refused to give me the time. What a terrible company as I could not go to the cremation I only wanted a time to be able to stop and think of her.”

“As a family we found the whole process to be as easy as it can possibly be. From the help we received when we first contacted the company, we aware able to purchase the plan we wanted. When our father passed away, the process was seamless and timely. We were kept informed of the date of his cremation and the ashes were delivered back to us quickly and in a biodegradable box. The staff have all been kind and efficient making everything easy for us.”
