“Everyone that I spoke to at pure cremation was so kind and caring. Even the man that delivered my mums Ashes back to me was so kind. Pure cremation was definitely the right decision. Thank you all Maxine Dazeley”

“Such an easy process from start to end. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and caring. The man who returned the ashes was excellent. It was just the cremation that my husband had requested. Thank you so much”

“I cannot fault Pure Cremation. I thank them from my heart for their understanding and care. The only thing I can add that could be passed on to the crematorian is that if it was possible to give a time scale for a cremation as I spent the whole day wondering if it had taken place yet which I found very upsetting”

Dear Valerie, Thank you for your kind review and honest feedback, we really appreciate it. Our team will always confirm the date of cremation, however, we cannot confirm a time as there are many variables that can impact the time frame of a cremation, this can then have a knock-on effect for further cremations planned for that day. “The service from Pure Cremation was excellent, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and sensitive, the service offered was just what my dad would have wanted. They made a difficult time so much more bearable. The delivery of the ashes back to me was so sensitive and Paul gave me some great advice about how to manage the ashes. I would highly recommend Pure Cremation and the cost was so reasonable. Thank you”

“We were about worried about doing a Funeral like this but we decided to buy our funeral plans My Husband sadly died and the care and thoughtfulness I received from Pure Cremation was amazing I would recommend this as a way of a funeral as my husband didn’t want a fuss or having to put family through the sadness of attending a service-when his ashes were returned we all got together and celebrated his life Thankyou Pure Cremation”

“Was very happy with pure cremation they did exactly what it said on the tin .Was kept updated every step of way and the two people who came to pick my deceased brother away were very smartly dressed and showed great respect towards us all. I would highly recommend this company and can’t fault them at all .”

“My friend used pure cremation and was so happy with the service so I gave them a phone call the lady was so nice and understanding so I used them they kept me in formed all the time and when my wife came home the lady who brought her back was nice and friendly to.”

“I asked for onl a small pouch of my father's ashes to be delivered. The delivery was made while I was at work, I returned home to find that all my f his ashes had been delivered (something which I had stated I did not feel comfortable with). Very upsetting. Other than that, good service.”
