“I had numerous phone calls to reassure me that my wife was being looked after and I also received emails to let is know what was happening. They also returned the ashes with in the week.”

“Like many people I heard of Pure Cremation through TV ads & also via the post. Reading the details made sense to me so that when my dear husband was pronounced 'end of life care' I rang the number to discuss it. The feedback was first class, very clear & reassuring with questions answered promptly. I decided it was the right thing for us & completed the firm on line & paid the (very reasonable) post straight away. When the sad day arrived I rang the number & the company took over with the utmost compassion respect & efficiency. So it was at every step, exactly as promised. I chose to ask for the ashes to be delivered to me. This was done by Andy a kind friendly man who placed the casket where I wanted it and was happy to chat. The casket was also a pleasant surprise, sensitively decorated and in a linen outer bag. I would totally recommend Pure Cremation & indeed already have to friends. The staff without exception were experienced , properly trained & very respectful. I have every intention of arranging for myself to be cremated by this company and know that my son on a practical level will have nothing to worry about. Celia Leggett Staines”

“The service we got was really good. We were kept informed at all times as to what was happening with mum's cremation, and to have the ashes returned personally was a lovely touch. All the staff were kind and helpful, including the funeral directors who came to collect mum, and it made the whole experience less traumatic than a funeral would have been.”
