“My friend used pure cremation and was so happy with the service so I gave them a phone call the lady was so nice and understanding so I used them they kept me in formed all the time and when my wife came home the lady who brought her back was nice and friendly to.”

“I asked for onl a small pouch of my father's ashes to be delivered. The delivery was made while I was at work, I returned home to find that all my f his ashes had been delivered (something which I had stated I did not feel comfortable with). Very upsetting. Other than that, good service.”

“We as a family were extremely please from the first phonecall, to the actual cremation. The efficiency and compassion shown by all employees that we contacted during the sad time made everything easier for us and we will celebrate our Kenneth in an appropriate way, without the sadness of the conventional funeral. Thank you from our hearts.”

“Initially very good. Staff were helpful and very supportive. First problem started when we were under the impression givem by staff over the phone we would be contacted on the day of cremation that it had been done. We waited and nobody rang. The ashes were then sent to the wrong address. On both occasions we had gathered as a family and were totally let down to morn our loss. The guy that tried to deliver the ashes did go out of his way to deliver them to the right address a couple of days later. As a result I would not recommend this company.”

“My husband discussed his wishes if he should die before me only a couple of months before he died and so I contacted Pure Cremations as they had the simplest break down of costs, basically everything required already included. From the first call to the delivery of my husbands ashes everyone was helpful and supportive it made an awful event just that little bit easier for me. Thank you”

“The service we received from Pure Cremation was second to none, as it was outstanding. We were treated with consideration and kindness by understanding caring members of the Pure Cremation team. We give them 5 stars as they made a sad difficult process so much easier as our beloved mum intended for us all in our family. So a huge Thank You Pure Cremation.”

“From the initial contact we, as a family, felt supported and listened to. The staff were always extremely respectful and kind. The whole process was explained at each stage, unhurried and yet not dragged out to cause any distress. I have and will continue to recommend Pure Cremation to friends and relatives.”

“Such a caring and empathetic experience with Pure Cremation, all of the stress of arranging a funeral was immediately taken away. Dad didn't want a funeral so we had an informal family gathering to raise a glass to him, it was a lovely evening filled with stories, pictures and laughter, a lovely way to remember Dad. Rick delivered my Dad's ashes back to me recently and again, very professional and caring, Dad is now at my home and wearing his cap until I take him back to the North East where his ashes will be scattered.”
